المصنع السعودي لاسطوانات الغاز - إيناغاز (SGCF)، شركة مساهمة مقفلة تأسست عام 1979 ومتخصصة في تصنيع أسطوانات وخزانات غاز البترول المسال (LPG)، تعلن عن حاجتها إلى فني هيدروليك (Hydraulic Technician) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع الشركة بالرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص وصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة والمكونات الهيدروليكية المستخدمة في معدات التصنيع وخطوط إنتاج أسطوانات وخزانات LPG.
- استكشاف أعطال الأنظمة الهيدروليكية وإصلاحها بشكل يومي.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية واستبدال الأجزاء التالفة أو تجديدها.
- قراءة المخططات الفنية والأدلة التشغيلية، واستخدام أدوات التشخيص لتحديد المشكلات.
- التعاون مع فرق الصيانة والإنتاج لتقليل وقت التوقف وتعزيز موثوقية المعدات.
- توثيق الأعمال المنفذة ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- الامتثال لجميع إجراءات السلامة والجودة والتشغيل الخاصة بالشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصيانة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الخبرة العملية (apprenticeship) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئة تصنيعية أو صناعية، ويفضل في مجال تشغيل المعادن أو إنتاج أوعية الضغط.
- معرفة بممارسات السلامة الصناعية وإجراءات lockout/tagout والمعايير ذات الصلة بأنظمة الضغط.
- فهم أساسي لنظام إدارة الجودة ISO 9001:2015 أو ما يشابهه والالتزام بالعمليات الموثقة.
- الاستعداد للعمل في موقع الشركة بالرياض ودعم المناوبات أو العمل الإضافي حسب جداول الإنتاج والصيانة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تقنية قوية في صيانة الأنظمة الهيدروليكية واستكشاف أعطالها وإصلاحها، بما في ذلك المضخات والصمامات والاسطوانات والخراطيم والتوصيلات.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الميكانيكية والهيدروليكية والرسومات الفنية وأدلة المعدات.
- إتقان استخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية وأجهزة القياس ومعدات تشخيص الأنظمة الهيدروليكية.
- مهارات فعالة في حل المشكلات، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فرق متعددة الوظائف.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية تُعد ميزة إضافية.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hydraulic Technician role based at SGCF - Enagas in Riyadh. The Hydraulic Technician will inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems and components used in manufacturing equipment and LPG cylinder and tank production lines. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hydraulic failures, performing preventive maintenance, replacing or refurbishing parts, and ensuring systems meet safety and performance standards. The role involves reading technical drawings and manuals, using diagnostic tools to identify issues, and collaborating with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability. The Hydraulic Technician will also document work performed, support continuous improvement initiatives, and comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and hydraulic schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and hydraulic diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and relevant standards for pressure systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment, preferably in metal fabrication or pressure vessel production.
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field; apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality management systems and adherence to documented processes.
- Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and support shift work or overtime as required by production and maintenance schedules.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added benefit.
