Role Description This full-time, on-site Cost Controller role is based in Al Khobar and specifically supports Aramco-experienced professionals in Oil & Gas pipeline projects. The Cost Controller will monitor and manage project costs, prepare and review cost reports, and track budgets versus actual expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers and finance teams, validating cost estimates, updating cost forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company and client cost control procedures. The role also involves analyzing cost variances, recommending corrective actions, and supporting decision-making through accurate financial and cost data. The Cost Controller will contribute to cost optimization, risk identification, and continuous improvement of cost management practices on complex pipeline projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management for large-scale Oil & Gas pipeline projects.
• Strong foundation in Cost Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and prepare detailed cost reports.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess cost trends, variances, and risks, and to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Experience working with Aramco standards, procedures, and documentation requirements is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with cost management software and MS Excel, including advanced functions and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field; professional certification in cost control or project management is an advantage.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in project environments.
