نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مهندس ضمان الجودة تقديم التقارير إلى مدير جودة المشروع والتحقق من تنفيذ برنامج الجودة عبر وظيفة أو أكثر في الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والاختبار والتشغيل. يضمن الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع ومتطلبات الأيزو 9001، ويدعم تطوير أدوات نظام إدارة الجودة ومقاييس مراقبة أداء الجودة، وينسق عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش، ويدير الإجراءات التصحيحية، ويقدم التوجيه لفرق المشروع في مسائل الجودة والتحسين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مساعدة مدير الجودة في تنفيذ ونشر متطلبات برنامج/خطة الجودة لفريق المشروع.
- قيادة ودعم تطبيق مبادرات الجودة القائمة على الأشخاص (PBQ)، والدروس المستفادة، والإجراءات التصحيحية ذات الحلقة المغلقة، ومبادرات التحسين المستمر، وأفضل الممارسات، بما في ذلك جمع وتقييم وتوثيق الدروس المستفادة في السجلات المناسبة.
- إعداد قوائم تدقيق الجودة والتنسيق أو القيادة أو دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية والمراقبة لبرامج جودة المشروع، بما في ذلك تقييمات الموردين والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- الحفاظ على التواصل مع ممثلي الجودة لدى العميل ودعم مدير الجودة أثناء عمليات التدقيق من قبل العميل أو الجهات التنظيمية.
- دعم تطوير وصيانة وتنفيذ جدول تدقيق ومراقبة جودة المشروع، مع ضمان متابعة وإغلاق نتائج التدقيق والإجراءات التصحيحية في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة أنشطة الجودة عبر مراحل الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء لضمان الامتثال لخطط الجودة والإجراءات والمواصفات المعتمدة، ومراجعة المستندات ذات الصلة لتضمين متطلبات الجودة.
- مراجعة وتحديد متطلبات الجودة والتنظيمية المطبقة، والإبلاغ عن اللوائح الجديدة أو المعدلة، ودعم تطوير ومراجعة إجراءات ضمان الجودة ووثائق الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
- التنسيق وإجراء عمليات التفتيش والمراقبة في الموقع ومواقع الموردين، والحفاظ على سجلات تفتيش دقيقة، وإصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) عند الحاجة.
- المساعدة في عمليات تحليل السبب الجذري والإجراءات التصحيحية ذات الحلقة المغلقة لضمان حل وإغلاق النتائج في الوقت المناسب.
- المشاركة في التأهيل المسبق للمقاولين من الباطن والموردين من خلال تقييم أنظمة الجودة والقدرات والضوابط لديهم، ومراجعة مستنداتهم مثل كتيبات الجودة والإجراءات وخطط الجودة وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) وسير العمل الذاتية لموظفي الجودة وتقارير الاختبار وتقارير التدقيق والجداول الزمنية.
- تقديم التدريب والتوجيه لموظفي المشروع حول متطلبات وإجراءات الجودة، وإجراء جلسات توعية وتعريف بنظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) للمشروع عند الاقتضاء.
- الإبلاغ عن تقدم الجودة الأسبوعي/الشهري لمدير جودة المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل الهندسة الكهربائية).
- شهادة مدقق رئيسي معتمد في الأيزو 9001:2015 (معتمد من IRCA) - إلزامي.
- شهادات إضافية في الجودة (مثل Six Sigma، Lean) - مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10-12 سنة في المجال ذي الصلة، بما في ذلك 8 سنوات على الأقل في دور إشرافي في الجودة.
- خبرة في أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة عبر مراحل الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع مواصفات ومشاريع الشبكة الوطنية (NG) والشركة السعودية للكهرباء (SEC).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لمبادئ ضمان الجودة ومعايير الأيزو.
- القدرة على تفسير المواصفات الفنية والرسومات وخطط الجودة.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع معرفة عملية بكيفية تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للجودة، وإتقان تحليل السبب الجذري وأنظمة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- الكفاءة في تقديم التوجيه والتدريب أثناء العمل للموظفين المعينين.
- الكفاءة في الاتصالات الشفهية والكتابية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والعروض التقديمية.
- مهارات مثبتة في استخدام Microsoft Office وPower BI (مستوى أداء عالٍ).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني تحت إشراف مدير الجودة وقيادة أنشطة الجودة بفعالية.
- خبرة في تطوير مواد تدريبية وتقديم التدريب، خاصة في المهارات الشخصية وعمليات تدقيق/مراقبة الجودة.

Project Overview
The Ar Rjum Project comprises a green field gold project with three open pit mining operations with associated waste dumps and ore stockpile, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure including water supply, power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, temporary and permanent accommodation village.
The Project is situated within the Central Arabian Gold Region, approximately 200 km north-east of Taif towards Riyadh and about 26 km South of Al Mouwayh, which is a small town situated on the Jeddah - Riyadh highway.
Job Summary
Quality Assurance reports to the Project Quality Manager and verifies implementation of the quality program across one or more functions in engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. This role ensures compliance with project and ISO 9001 requirements, supports the development of quality management system tools and metrics for monitoring quality performance, coordinates audits and inspections, manages corrective actions, and provides guidance to project teams on quality matters and improvement.

Job Summary
Quality Assurance reports to the Project Quality Manager and verifies implementation of the quality program across one or more functions in engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. This role ensures compliance with project and ISO 9001 requirements, supports the development of quality management system tools and metrics for monitoring quality performance, coordinates audits and inspections, manages corrective actions, and provides guidance to project teams on quality matters and improvement.
Major Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Manager in implementing and communicating the project quality program/plan requirements to the project team.
- Lead and support the implementation of People-Based Quality (PBQ), Lessons Learned, Closed Loop Corrective Actions, Continuous Improvement initiatives, and Best Practices, including the collection, evaluation, and documentation of lessons learned in the appropriate registers.
- Prepare quality audit checklists and coordinate, lead, or support internal and external audits and surveillances of project quality programs, including vendor, contractor, and subcontractor assessments.
- Maintain liaison with client quality representatives and support the Quality Manager during client or regulatory audits.
- Support the development, maintenance, and execution of the Project Quality Audit & Surveillance Schedule, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor quality activities across engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure compliance with approved quality plans, procedures, and specifications, and review related documents for inclusion of quality requirements.
- Review and determine applicable quality and regulatory requirements, report new or revised regulations, and support the development and revision of QA procedures and project-specific quality documentation.
- Coordinate and perform inspections and surveillances at site and vendor locations, maintain accurate inspection records, and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required.
- Assist in root cause analysis and closed-loop corrective action processes to ensure timely resolution and closure of findings.
- Participate in the prequalification of subcontractors and suppliers by evaluating their quality systems, capabilities, and controls, and reviewing their submittals such as quality manuals, procedures, quality plans, ITPs, resumes for quality personnel, test reports, audit reports, and schedules.
- Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality requirements and procedures and conduct project QMS orientation and awareness sessions as applicable.
- Report quality weekly/monthly progress to the project quality manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical Engineering).
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved) - required.
- Additional certifications in Quality (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) - preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience, including minimum 8 years in a supervisory role in quality.
- Experience in QA/QC activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Previous experience with National Grid (NG) and Saudi Electricity Co (SEC) specifications and projects.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and ISO standards.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and quality plans.
- Strong analytical skills with practical knowledge of how to identify key performance quality matrices, proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action systems.
- Proficiency in providing direction and on the job training to assigned personnel.
- Proficiency in oral and written communications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI (High Level Performance).
- Ability to work collaboratively under the direction of the Quality Manager and lead quality activities effectively.
- Experience with developing training materials, conducting training especially in soft skills, quality audits/ surveillances.
