تعلن شركة Saudi Architects، وهي شركة استشارية رائدة في التصميم والهندسة متعددة التخصصات في الرياض، عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مدني أول - التصميم الإنشائي وقيادة المشاريع (Senior Civil Engineer - Structural Design & Project Leadership) للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة التصميم المدني والإنشائي عبر جميع مراحل المشروع، بما في ذلك تطوير المفهوم والتصميم التخطيطي والتفصيلي وإعداد وثائق البناء.
- إعداد ومراجعة والتحقق من الحسابات الإنشائية وحلول الأساسات والجدران الاستنادية ونظم البلاطات والعناصر الهندسية الأخرى لمختلف أنواع المشاريع.
- إنتاج واعتماد رسومات هندسية مدنية مفصلة ومواصفات وجداول كميات وتقارير أساس التصميم بما يضمن الامتثال للمعايير الدولية وكود البناء السعودي.
- إجراء تحقيقات جيوتقنية في الموقع وتفسير تقارير التربة والإشراف على الاختبارات ذات الصلة لدعم قرارات التصميم والبناء.
- تيسير ورش عمل الهندسة القيمية لتحسين استخدام المواد وتعزيز النظم الإنشائية وتقديم حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة دون المساس بالجودة أو السلامة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة البناء المدني في الموقع وضمان الالتزام الصارم بالخطط والمواصفات وبروتوكولات السلامة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك المهندسين المعماريين والميكانيكيين والكهربائيين والسباكين لضمان تسليم متكامل وفعال للمشروع.
- إعداد وصيانة وتحديث جداول المشروع ووثائق تتبع المعالم الرئيسية وتقارير تقدم البناء لعرضها على الإدارة العليا والعملاء.
- مراجعة واعتماد المخططات التنفيذية للمقاولين ومواد التقديم وبيانات الأساليب وطلبات المعلومات لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- إجراء تفتيشات دورية للموقع ومراجعات ضمان الجودة وقوائم الجرد لضمان أعلى المعايير حتى اكتمال المشروع.
- التواصل مع البلديات والجهات الحكومية والهيئات التنظيمية للحصول على التصاريح والموافقات وشهادات عدم الممانعة في الوقت المناسب.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال تقنية رئيسية للعملاء وتوصيل الحلول الهندسية بوضوح وفعالية لبناء ثقة العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
- الحفاظ على إلمام شامل بكود البناء السعودي والكودات الدولية مثل ACI وBS وEurocode والمعايير الهندسية الخاصة بالمشروع.
- التعاون مع المشرفين والمهندسين في الموقع لمواءمة أنشطة البناء مع التصميم وحل التحديات التقنية بسرعة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة والبيئة في جميع مراحل تصميم المشروع وتسليمه.
- المساهمة في التطوير المهني المستمر من خلال متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات واللوائح في الهندسة المدنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (B.E. / B.Tech) من جامعة معتمدة ومعترف بها - شرط أساسي.
- درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الإنشائية أو الهندسة الجيوتقنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات - تفضيل قوي.
- رخصة مهندس محترف (PE) أو شهادة دولية معادلة - مرغوب فيه بشدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الهندسة المدنية بعد التخرج.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور قيادي أو كبير مهندسين لإدارة مشاريع معقدة متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع شركات إدارة المشاريع الدولية (PMC) على مشاريع تطوير واسعة النطاق.
- الاستعداد للانتقال إلى الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إتقان متقدم للأدوات الهندسية المتخصصة وفهم شامل للكودات واللوائح المعمول بها في السعودية والمعايير الدولية.

Responsibilities
- Lead civil and structural design activities through all project stages, including concept development, schematic design, detailed design, and construction document preparation.
- Develop, review, and verify structural calculations, foundation solutions, retaining walls, slab systems, and other engineering elements for diverse project types.
- Produce and authorize detailed civil engineering drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and design basis reports ensuring compliance with international standards and Saudi Building Code.
- Conduct geotechnical site investigations, soil report interpretations, and oversee related testing to inform design and construction decisions.
- Facilitate value engineering workshops to optimize material use, enhance structural systems, and deliver cost-effective solutions without sacrificing quality or safety.
- Supervise on-site civil construction activities, assuring strict adherence to approved plans, specifications, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules, milestone tracking documents, and construction progress reports for reporting to senior management and clients.
- Review and approve contractor shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and requests for information to guarantee compliance with project requirements.
- Perform regular site inspections, quality control audits, and punch-list reviews to ensure the highest standards are maintained until project completion.
- Liaise with municipalities, government authorities, and regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits, approvals, and no objection certificates in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, communicating engineering solutions clearly and effectively to build and sustain client confidence.
- Maintain comprehensive familiarity with Saudi Building Code, international codes such as ACI, BS, and Eurocode, and project-specific engineering criteria.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and engineers to align construction activities with design intent and resolve technical challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout all phases of project design and delivery.
- Contribute to the continual professional development of engineering knowledge by keeping up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in civil engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) from a recognized, accredited university (Mandatory)
- Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management (Strongly preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or equivalent international certification (Highly Desirable)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Civil Engineering experience post-graduation
- At least 5 years in a senior or lead engineering role managing complex multi-discipline projects
- Prior experience working with international PMC firms on large-scale developments
- Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
