شركة القدية (Qiddiya Investment Company) تعلن عن فرصة لشغل منصب المدير التنفيذي للشؤون المالية - قطاع الرياضة والفنون والثقافة (SPT & Art & Culture)، في الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقود هذا الدور الحيوي العمليات المالية الداعمة لمبادرات الشركة في الرياضة والفنون الأدائية والثقافة، بهدف تطوير وجهة أيقونية تلهم الإبداع والتميز الترفيهي. سيتولى المدير التنفيذي تقديم القيادة المالية الاستراتيجية، وتوجيه عملية اتخاذ القرارات المالية، وإعداد الموازنات، والتنبؤ، والتحليلات الحاسمة لنمو المشاريع واستدامتها. سيعمل بشكل وثيق مع كبار المديرين والفرق متعددة التخصصات لتعزيز أفضل الممارسات المالية، وتحسين تخصيص الموارد، ودفع الأداء عبر مشهد الأعمال المالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيادة المالية الاستراتيجية: قيادة التخطيط المالي والتحليل الاستراتيجي لمبادرات الرياضة والفنون الأدائية والثقافة، وضمان التوافق مع رؤية وأهداف القدية. تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الأعمال المالية التي تدعم الاحتياجات التشغيلية بفعالية مع تعظيم العائد على الاستثمار عبر المشاريع المختلفة. العمل كمستشار مالي موثوق للفريق التنفيذي، وتقديم الرؤى والتوصيات بناءً على تحليل مالي دقيق.
- إدارة الموازنات والإشراف: توجيه عمليات إعداد الموازنات لمحفظة الرياضة والفنون، وضمان التخصيص الفعال للموارد المالية لتحقيق أهداف الشركة. تطبيق ضوابط مالية ومؤشرات أداء توفر رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ حول الصحة المالية والكفاءة التشغيلية. مراقبة الأداء المالي مقابل الموازنات، وتقديم تحليل سريع للانحرافات وتقارير للإدارة العليا.
- التقارير المالية والامتثال: الإشراف على إعداد وعرض التقارير المالية، وضمان الدقة والامتثال للوائح والمعايير المالية ذات الصلة. تنفيذ أفضل ممارسات الحوكمة المالية، وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات الداخلية واللوائح الخارجية. التنسيق مع المراجعين وتقديم الوثائق اللازمة لمراجعات وتدقيقات الحسابات المالية.
- تقييم المخاطر والتخفيف: تحديد وتحليل المخاطر المالية المتعلقة بالأعمال المالية في قطاعات الفنون والثقافة والرياضة، وصياغة استراتيجيات للتخفيف من هذه المخاطر. تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات إدارة المخاطر لحماية أصول المنظمة وضمان النزاهة المالية. التعاون مع فرق الشؤون القانونية والامتثال لضمان الالتزام الكامل بالقوانين واللوائح ذات الصلة.
- قيادة الفريق وتطويره: قيادة فريق من المتخصصين الماليين، وتعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والتعاون والتحسين المستمر. وضع أهداف واضحة ومعايير أداء للفريق، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف المنظمة. تشجيع النمو المهني والتطوير من خلال التوجيه والتدريب وفرص القيادة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يُفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو درجة متقدمة أخرى ذات صلة.
- شهادات احترافية مثل CPA، CFA أو ما يعادلها مفيدة جداً.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred

- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in senior finance roles, with a focus on business finance within the sports, arts, and culture sectors
- Expertise: Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, with knowledge of the unique finance needs of the arts and culture sectors
