شركة القدية الاستثمارية، في طليعة الثورة الترفيهية في المملكة العربية السعودية، تبحث عن قائد مالي متمرس وذو رؤية استراتيجية لشغل منصب المدير التنفيذي المالي - قطاع الترفيه في الرياض. سيتولى هذا الدور الرئيسي الإشراف على التخطيط المالي والتحليل وإعداد التقارير لمشاريعها الترفيهية المتنوعة، وضمان السلامة المالية للشركة وقيادة المبادرات المالية الاستراتيجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة الوظيفة المالية لتطويرات القدية الترفيهية، وضمان إعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مالية تدعم أهداف العمل العامة مع تعظيم الإيرادات والتحكم في التكاليف.
- الإشراف على إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات والنماذج المالية لجميع المشاريع الترفيهية، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف الأداء.
- إعداد وعرض التقارير والتحليلات المالية على الإدارة العليا، مع إبراز الرؤى والتوصيات لاتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ودفع المساءلة بين الإدارات فيما يتعلق بالأداء المالي.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير المالية، وتطبيق ضوابط داخلية قوية عبر جميع العمليات المالية.
- تعزيز العلاقات مع الأطراف الخارجية، بما في ذلك المدققين والمؤسسات المالية والهيئات التنظيمية.
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق مالي عالي الأداء، وتعزيز التطوير المهني وتبادل المعرفة.
- دعم تحليل الاستثمار وعمليات الميزانية الرأسمالية للمبادرات والمشاريع الترفيهية الجديدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير أو شهادة CPA).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في مجال المالية والمحاسبة، مع تركيز قوي على قطاعي الترفيه أو الضيافة.
- سجل حافل في القيادة المالية ضمن بيئات معقدة متعددة المشاريع.
- فهم قوي للنمذجة المالية والتحليل وتقنيات التنبؤ.
- معرفة ممتازة باللوائح والممارسات المالية المحلية والدولية.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة الفرق المالية وإدارة العمليات المالية.
- خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance function for Qiddiya's entertainment developments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support overall business objectives while maximizing revenue and controlling costs
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with performance targets
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for informed decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability across departments regarding financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing robust internal controls across all financial processes
- Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing
- Support investment analysis and capital budgeting processes for new entertainment initiatives and projects
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred)
- At least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong focus on the entertainment or hospitality sectors
- Proven track record of financial leadership in complex, multi-project environments
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniques
- Excellent knowledge of local and international financial regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in leading finance teams and managing financial operations
- Superior analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in the Middle East region is advantageous
