تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر وظيفة Manager, Powertrain Production Operations في مكة، مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية السعودية، حيث سيتولى قيادة عمليات الإنتاج على مدار الساعة في مصنع AMP-2 لمجموعة الدفع والبطاريات.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى هذا المنصب مسؤولية الإشراف الكامل على تنفيذ الإنتاج على مدار الساعة عبر ورشتي تجميع وحدة الدفع والبطارية عالية الجهد في AMP-2. ينضم إلى منشأة جديدة بالكامل، ويقوم ببناء تنظيم الإنتاج من الصفر: توظيف وتطوير موظفي جميع المناوبات، وترسيخ روتين المناوبات، وقيادة الأداء من أول تشغيل وحتى زيادة الإنتاج التجاري وبعده. يُحاسب المدير على السلامة والجودة والتسليم والتكلفة والأفراد، ويعمل من خلال التحكم المنضبط في التغيير، والأدلة الموضوعية للإطلاق، وحل المشكلات عبر الوظائف، والنقل المنظم للملكية الفنية للقوى العاملة السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيادة الإستراتيجية للإنتاج: إدارة تنفيذ الإنتاج على مدار الساعة لورش DU و HV Battery عبر جميع المناوبات، وتحقيق أهداف الحجم والإنتاجية الإجمالية للمعدات (OEE) والعائد الأولي (FPY) والتكلفة لكل وحدة وفقاً لخطة أعمال AMP-2، وإدارة الميزانية التشغيلية بما في ذلك العمل الإضافي والمواد الاستهلاكية وأداء تكلفة التحويل.
- بناء تنظيم الإنتاج من الصفر: توظيف المديرين والمشرفين وقادة الفرق والمشغلين للمناوبات.
- حوكمة الإطلاق وزيادة الإنتاج: إدارة حوكمة الإطلاق الآمن (Safe Launch) والتشغيل بالمعدل المطلوب والتحقق من السعة عبر SOP وزيادة الحجم، ورئاسة مراجعات الجاهزية للإطلاق (Launch Readiness Reviews) وعمليات التدقيق الطبقي (Layered Process Audits) وروتين تأكيد العمليات، وقيادة تفعيل QRQC / غرفة الحرب أثناء مراحل الإطلاق وزيادة الإنتاج، وضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية للإصدارات المستقبلية من مجموعة الدفع وإدخال المنتجات الجديدة.
- التميز التشغيلي وملكية مؤشرات الأداء: تحديد وتعميم وحوكمة مؤشرات أداء الإنتاج (السلامة والجودة والتسليم والتكلفة والأفراد والبيئة - SQDCPE)، وقيادة روتين الإدارة اليومية متعدد المستويات (Tier 1-3) عبر ورشة مجموعة الدفع، ودفع حل المشكلات المنظم وإغلاق QRQC للمشكلات المزمنة والحادة، وإدارة واجهة تنفيذ S&OP مع وظائف سلسلة التوريد والجودة والهندسة.
- السلامة والامتثال للجهد العالي: تطبيق إجراءات HV LOTO واستمرارية HVIL وارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية الإلزامية للجهد العالي لجميع الأعمال على أو بالقرب من معدات مجموعة الدفع الكهربائية، والامتثال لمعايير SASO ووزارة العمل السعودية و IEC 60204 ومعايير السلامة الوظيفية (ISO 13849 / IEC 62061)، ودعم الاستجابة للطوارئ للجهد العالي بما في ذلك عزل الانفلات الحراري وإجراءات حوادث البطاريات، وتحقيق والحفاظ على كفاءة سلامة الجهد العالي المناسبة لنطاق العمل.
- التحسين المستمر والثقافة: الترويج لمبادئ نظام إنتاج Lucid: العمل الموحد، كايزن، خرائط تدفق القيمة، تخفيض التكلفة لكل وحدة، وبناء ثقافة عالية الأداء وأولوية للسلامة والجودة عبر ورشة مجموعة الدفع، ورعاية مشاريع التحسين المستمر التي تستهدف وقت الدورة والعائد الأولي والإنتاجية الإجمالية للمعدات وتحسين تكلفة التحويل.
- العمليات المؤسسية والحوكمة والقيادة المالية: إنشاء نظام تشغيل مجموعة الدفع وتصميم التنظيم ونموذج المناوبات ونطاق الإشراف وهيكل الكفاءات ونموذج التصعيد لعمليات DU و Battery على مدار الساعة، وامتلاك الخطة التشغيلية السنوية والقوى العاملة وتكلفة التحويل والعمل الإضافي والمواد الاستهلاكية وخريطة طريق الإنتاجية مع عرض المخاطر والمقايضات وإجراءات التعافي للقيادة التنفيذية، وحوكمة تنفيذ S&OP والتحكم في الإنتاج والسعة وقيود المواد واحتواء الجودة وأولويات الدعم الفني عبر الوظائف، وبناء خطط التعاقب والمشاركة والأداء والسعودة لتنظيم الإنتاج الكامل مع محاسبة القادة على النقل القابل للقياس للقدرات.
- حوكمة الإطلاق ومراقبة التغيير والجاهزية التشغيلية: دعم FAT/SAT والتشغيل وقبول المعدات والإطلاق الآمن والتشغيل بالمعدل المطلوب والتحقق من السعة بأدلة موضوعية وإغلاق منهجي لقوائم المتابعة، والتحكم في تغييرات الإنتاج والعمليات والبرامج والاختبارات من خلال تقييم المخاطر الموثق والموافقات والتحقق وسجل المراجعة وخطة التراجع أو الاحتواء، والمشاركة في مراجعات الجاهزية وعمليات التدقيق الطبقي وتأكيد العمليات و QRQC/RCCA مع إغلاق الإجراءات الموكلة مع التحقق من الفعالية.
- السلامة والجودة وسلامة البيانات والامتثال: تطبيق متطلبات HV LOTO/HVIL الخاصة بالدور وسلامة الآلات وعزل الطاقة المخزنة والسلامة الكهربائية ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية دون تجاوز أجهزة السلامة أو حماية المنتج، وحماية سلسلة نسب المنتج وحالة الأدوات المعايرة وسلامة الاختبار/القياس والتحكم في المستندات والأدلة الموضوعية الجاهزة للتدقيق، والامتثال لمتطلبات AMP-2 و SASO وقوانين العمل/الصحة والسلامة السعودية و IATF 16949 و IEC 60204 والسلامة الوظيفية ضمن النطاق المحدد.
- السعودة ونقل القدرات والتعاون: بناء قدرات القوى العاملة والمواطنين السعوديين من خلال التدريب على رأس العمل المنظم ومصفوفات المهارات/ILU والتقييم العملي والاعتماد والتدريب المتقاطع ونقل المعرفة الموثق، وإنشاء المعايير الفنية وأدلة استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ومواد التدريب، والتعاون عبر الإنتاج والجودة والصيانة والأتمتة/الروبوتات وهندسة التصنيع والصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتقنية المعلومات/التقنية التشغيلية ونظام تنفيذ التصنيع وسلسلة التوريد والهندسة الهندسية والموردين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمليات أو تخصص تصنيعي ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة الماجستير أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصنيع السيارات/المركبات الكهربائية مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي إنتاجي كبير.
- قيادة إنتاجية واسعة النطاق مثبتة (أكثر من 150 موظفاً) في بيئة OEM أو Tier-1.
- خبرة مثبتة في إنشاء مصنع جديد (greenfield).

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Production Leadership
- Own 24/7 production execution for DU and HV Battery assembly shops across all shifts
- Deliver committed production volume, OEE, FPY, and cost-per-unit targets aligned to AMP-2 business plan
- Own operational budget including labor, overtime, consumables, and conversion cost performance
- Build the production organization from ground up: shift managers, supervisors, team leads, operators
- Own Safe Launch, run-at-rate, and capacity verification governance through SOP and volume ramp
- Chair Launch Readiness Reviews, Layered Process Audits, and Process Confirmation routines
- Lead QRQC / War Room escalation during launch and ramp-up phases
- Ensure operational readiness for future powertrain variants and product introductions
- Define, cascade, and govern production KPIs - Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environment (SQDCPE)
- Lead tiered accountability (Tier 1-3) daily management routines across the Powertrain shop
- Drive structured problem-solving and QRQC closure for chronic and acute production issues
- Own S&OP execution interface with Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering functions
- Enforce HV LOTO, HVIL continuity, and mandatory HV PPE for all work on or near EV Powertrain equipment
- Comply with SASO, Saudi MOL, IEC 60204, and functional safety standards (ISO 13849 / IEC 62061)
- Support HV emergency response including thermal runaway isolation and battery-related incident procedures
- Achieve and maintain HV safety competency appropriate to scope of work
- Champion Lucid Production System principles: Standardized Work, Kaizen, VSM, cost-per-unit reduction
- Establish a safety-first, quality-obsessed, high-performance culture across the Powertrain shop
- Sponsor CI projects targeting cycle time, FPY, OEE, and conversion cost improvement
- Establish the Powertrain operating system, organization design, shift model, span of control, competency architecture and escalation model for 24/7 DU and Battery operations.
- Own annual operating plan, manpower, conversion cost, overtime, consumables and productivity roadmap; present risks, tradeoffs and recovery actions to executive leadership.
- Govern S&OP execution, production control, capacity, material constraints, quality containment and technical support priorities across functions.
- Build succession, engagement, performance and Saudization plans for the full production organization; hold leaders accountable for measurable capability transfer.
- Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, equipment acceptance, Safe Launch, run-at-rate and capacity verification with objective evidence and disciplined punch-list closure.
- Control production, process, software and test changes through documented risk assessment, approvals, validation, revision history and rollback or containment planning.
- Participate in readiness reviews, Layered Process Audits, Process Confirmation and QRQC/RCCA; close assigned actions with verified effectiveness.
- Apply role-specific HV LOTO/HVIL, machine safety, stored-energy isolation, electrical safe-work and PPE requirements; never bypass safety devices or product protections.
- Protect product genealogy, calibrated-tool status, test/measurement integrity, document control and audit-ready objective evidence.
- Comply with applicable AMP-2, SASO, Saudi labor/EHS, IATF 16949, IEC 60204 and functional-safety requirements within assigned scope.
- Build work force and Saudi nationals capability through structured OJT, ILU/skills matrices, practical assessment, certification, cross-training and documented knowledge transfer.
- Create technical standards, troubleshooting guides and training material.
- Collaborate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Automation/Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, IT/OT, MES, Supply Chain, Product Engineering and suppliers.

- Demonstrated large-scale production leadership (150+ employees) in an OEM or Tier-1 environment
- Proven greenfield launch and volume ramp experience (EV Powertrain strongly preferred)
- Strong track record delivering SQDCPE performance under IATF 16949 framework
- Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred
- Preferred: EV OEM experience; Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt; SAP/MES fluency
- Demonstrated experience with commissioning, FAT/SAT, launch, production readiness or high-volume manufacturing ramp within the role discipline
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP/change control, machine/HV safety and traceability requirements applicable to the role
