To manage the estimation, tender pricing, quantity measurement, cost control, and post-contract commercial activities for CABC and asphalt works, ensuring accurate quantities, competitive pricing, contractual compliance, and timely client and subcontractor submissions, while protecting the company’s commercial position and maintaining healthy project cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for CABC and asphalt works based on drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
2. Prepare tender pricing, rate build-ups, material and labour cost analyses, and commercial submissions for CABC and asphalt works.
3. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and commercial risks related to CABC and asphalt works.
4. Measure and verify executed CABC and asphalt quantities against approved drawings, survey data, delivery tickets, production records, and BOQ quantities.
5. Prepare and submit monthly client payment applications and invoices for CABC and asphalt works, supported by accurate measurements and quality records.
6. Verify subcontractor and supplier payment applications against approved quantities, contract rates, delivery records, and supporting documentation.
7. Prepare and evaluate variation orders, claims, additional works, and daywork submissions related to CABC and asphalt works.
8. Reconcile CABC and asphalt production, delivery, laying, consumption, and wastage records and investigate any significant quantity variances.
9. Monitor project budgets, committed costs, actual costs, forecasts, and cost-to-complete for CABC and asphalt activities.
10. Track client payment certifications, receivables, subcontractor payments, and outstanding commercial matters related to CABC and asphalt works.
11. Coordinate with Site, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure accurate quantity and cost information.
12. Maintain complete estimation, quantity measurement, cost, contract, payment, and commercial records for CABC and asphalt works.
13. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, notice provisions, measurement procedures, and submission deadlines.
14. Utilize SAP and other relevant systems for procurement, cost control, payment processing, and commercial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
2. Minimum 5 years of Estimation and quantity surveying experience on road, highway, or infrastructure projects, with knowledge of BOQs, measurement methods, and contract administration.
3. Ability to interpret drawings, survey data, and asphalt production and delivery records.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of AutoCAD and quantity take-off

software.

1. Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
3. Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

KPI’s:

1. Submit 100% of monthly invoices and payment applications within the contractual deadline.
2. Achieve at least 95% client certification of claimed quantities without deductions or disputes.
3. Complete monthly reconciliation of CABC & asphalt production, delivery, and laid quantities within agreed tolerances.
4. Submit all variation and additional work claims within the contractual notice period.
5. Maintain the quantity and cost database with 100% traceability to support records.
6. Issue the monthly commercial and cost report.
7. Ensure zero audit findings related to unsupported or undocumented quantity claims.
