شركة The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. تبحث عن مدير المالية والمحاسبة (Dir-Finance & Accounting) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. يشغل هذا المنصب دور القائد الاستراتيجي المالي للفندق، مسؤولاً عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الملكية لتحقيق أهداف العلامة التجارية وزيادة العائد على الاستثمار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وسائل تحسين الربح، بما في ذلك تقدير التكاليف والفوائد واستكشاف فرص الأعمال الجديدة.
- تحليل المعلومات، توقع المبيعات مقابل المصروفات، وإعداد خطط الميزانية السنوية.
- مراقبة المبيعات الفعلية مقابل المتوقعة وتحليل الفروقات.

- إدارة رأس المال العامل والتدفقات النقدية وفقاً لإجراءات العلامة التجارية ومتطلبات الملاك.
- تيسير اجتماعات النقد لمراجعة المعلومات مع فريق الإدارة.

- مراقبة جميع الضرائب المطبقة وضمان تحصيلها واحتسابها بشكل صحيح.
