Role Description The Public Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Buraydah. This position is responsible for developing and implementing public relations strategies that enhance the reputation and visibility of Onaizah Colleges. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and distributing press releases, preparing media materials, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets and community partners. The specialist will monitor public perception, manage PR campaigns, support event promotion, and ensure consistent, strategic communications across channels. Collaboration with academic and administrative teams to align messaging with institutional goals is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience managing institutional image and external communications.
• Proficiency in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, including drafting, editing, and distributing content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Experience in campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building within educational or similar organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Buraydah, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, basic digital marketing practices, and monitoring tools for media and public sentiment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive communication.
