تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير أول لهندسة المنتجات المقيمة (Sr. Manager, Resident Product Engineering) في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية بمكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مدير أول هندسة المنتجات المقيمة (RPE - KSA) قيادة فريق هندسة المنتجات المقيمة لدعم عمليات التصنيع في منشأة AMP2 بالمملكة العربية السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى ضمان حل سريع ومنضبط وتقني دقيق للمشكلات المتعلقة بالمنتج والتي تؤثر على المركبات أثناء الإنتاج، مع كونه الواجهة الهندسية الأساسية بين التصنيع والجودة وجودة الموردين وهندسة وبرمجيات المركز الرئيسي. تعمل منظمة RPE كامتداد لوظيفة الهندسة والبرمجيات العالمية، وتكون مدمجة في موقع التصنيع لتتولى فرز مشكلات المنتج، وقيادة تحليل السبب الجذري، وتمكين الإجراءات التصحيحية القوية. هذا الدور حاسم لاستقرار الإنتاج، أداء الجودة، والتنفيذ التشغيلي في AMP2.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتوسيع نطاق منظمة هندسة المنتجات المقيمة (RPE) في AMP2 بما يتوافق مع النموذج التشغيلي المثبت لـ AMP1.
- امتلاك عملية فرز مشكلات المنتج الشاملة للمركبات أثناء الإنتاج، بما في ذلك: تعريف المشكلة بوضوح، إجراءات الاحتواء الفوري (ICA)، تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA)، توصية الإجراء التصحيحي الدائم (PCA) والتحقق منه وإغلاقه.
- العمل كنقطة دخول واحدة لجميع التصعيدات المتعلقة بالمنتج من التصنيع، مع ضمان تحديد الأولويات بوضوح وإزالة مسارات التصعيد الموازية.
- العمل كمهندس موقع أولي بالتعاون الوثيق مع عمليات التصنيع، الجودة، جودة الموردين، وقادة المصنع لضمان حل المشكلات المؤثرة على السلامة والجودة والإنتاجية والتكلفة والجاهزية للإطلاق.
- إنشاء إيقاعات تشغيل يومية قوية وآليات تصعيد متوافقة مع احتياجات المصنع.
- الحفاظ على توافق تشغيلي وثيق مع فرق هندسة وبرمجيات السلع العالمية، وتنفيذ نموذج إشراف غير مباشر مع قادة الهندسة المركزية لضمان تواصل منتظم حول حالة المشكلات والأولويات وأعباء العمل، والتمييز بين مسؤولية التصميم والتنفيذ التصنيعي، والاستفادة الفعالة من الموارد الهندسية العالمية.
- القيادة بعملية تسليم منضبطة بين تنفيذ المصنع وملكية التصميم المركزية.
- تنفيذ إطار عمل RASIC الحالي وضمان ملكية ومساءلة واضحة عبر جميع مشكلات المنتج، وتحسينه لدعم نضج وتوسع AMP2.
- قيادة الحوكمة عبر فرق العمل متعددة الوظائف المؤثرة على AMP2، وضمان تحديد الأولويات واتخاذ القرارات المنضبطة، وتقديم تحديثات هيكلية على المستوى التنفيذي حول المشكلات النظامية ومخاطر التعرض وتقدم الحلول.
- بناء وتوسيع نطاق فريق RPE عالي الكفاءة يغطي جميع الأنظمة الفرعية الرئيسية للمركبة، وتطوير قدرات محلية قوية في المملكة مع الاستفادة من العمق الهندسي العالمي، وتعزيز ثقافة تركز على الدقة التقنية والمساءلة وسرعة التنفيذ والتعاون متعدد الوظائف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، هندسة السيارات أو مجال ذي صلة)؛ يفضل درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الهندسة داخل بيئة مصنع، مع خبرة مثبتة في دعم إطلاق مركبات متعددة.
- خبرة قيادية مثبتة في فرق الهندسة المقيمة / المدمجة في المصنع.
- خبرة عملية قوية في: فرز مشكلات الإنتاج، منهجيات تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) والإجراء التصحيحي الدائم (PCA)، إدارة التصعيد والحل متعدد الوظائف.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بفعالية عبر أقسام التصنيع والجودة والموردين والهندسة.
- يفضل خبرة في دعم رفع الإنتاج عالي الحجم وتحقيق الاستقرار.
- يفضل خبرة العمل في منظمات دولية أو مصفوفية أو متعددة المناطق.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة قوية، خاصة للتواصل مع المصنع المحلي والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في دعم عمليات التصنيع في الشرق الأوسط.

The Sr. Manager of Resident Product Engineering (RPE - KSA) will lead the Resident Product Engineering organization supporting AMP2 manufacturing operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for ensuring fast, disciplined, and technically rigorous resolution of product‑related issues impacting vehicles in production, while serving as the primary engineering interface between Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, and central Engineering & Software organizations.
The RPE organization operates as an extension of the global Engineering & Software function, embedded at the manufacturing site to own product issue triage, drive root cause analysis, and enable robust corrective actions. This role is critical to production stability, quality performance, and operational execution at AMP2.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Product Engineering Leadership
- Establish, lead, and scale the Resident Product Engineering (RPE) organization at AMP2, aligned with the proven AMP1 RPE operating model.
- Own end‑to‑end product issue triage for vehicles in production, including:
- Clear problem definition
- Immediate Containment Actions (ICA)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Permanent Corrective Action (PCA) recommendation, validation, and closure
- Act as the single point of entry for all manufacturing product‑related escalations, ensuring clear prioritization and eliminating parallel escalation paths.
- Serve as the senior onsite engineering leader partnering closely with:
- Manufacturing Operations
- Quality
- Supplier Quality
- Plant Leadership
- Ensure timely resolution of issues impacting safety, quality, throughput, cost, and launch readiness.
- Establish strong daily operating rhythms and escalation mechanisms aligned to plant needs.
- Maintain tight operational alignment with global Engineering & Software commodity teams.
- Implement and manage a dotted‑line engagement model with central engineering leaders to ensure:
- Regular communication on issue status, priorities, and workload
- Clear differentiation between design responsibility and manufacturing execution
- Efficient utilization of global engineering resources
- Drive disciplined handoff between plant execution and centralized design ownership.
- Execute on the existing RASIC framework, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and decision rights across all product‑related issues.
- Refine and evolve the RASIC as needed to support AMP2 operational maturity and scale.
- Lead governance across cross‑functional workstreams impacting AMP2, ensuring disciplined prioritization and decision-making.
- Provide structured executive‑level updates on systemic issues, risk exposure, and resolution progress.
- Build and scale a high‑caliber RPE organization covering all major vehicle sub‑systems.
- Develop strong local capability in KSA while leveraging global engineering depth.
- Foster a culture centered on technical rigor, accountability, speed of execution, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of engineering experience in a plant environment, with demonstrated experience supporting multiple vehicle launches.
- Proven leadership experience in plant‑embedded / resident engineering organizations.
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Production issue triage
- RCA / PCA methodologies
- Cross‑functional escalation and resolution management
- Proven ability to operate effectively across manufacturing, quality, supplier, and engineering organizations.
- Experience supporting high‑volume production ramp and stabilization.
- Experience working in international, matrixed, or multi‑regional organizations.
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus, particularly for local plant, supplier, and stakeholder engagement.
- Prior experience supporting manufacturing operations in the Middle East.
