شركة Lucid Motors Middle East تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لمهندس جودة الوارد (Incoming Quality Engineer, Powertrain) في مكة المكرمة - مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مهندس جودة الوارد مسؤول عن أنشطة الجودة الواردة في مصنع AMP2 KSA، ويعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات عبر عمليات التصنيع بأكملها لضمان حماية خطوط الإنتاج من مشاكل الجودة وتأمين جودة القطع قبل إدخالها إلى الخط، بالإضافة إلى احتواء مشاكل الجودة مع الموردين ومراقبة أدائهم وتحسينه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطبيق استراتيجية الجودة الواردة والعمليات والأنشطة الخاصة بها.
- إعداد موارد وأدوات الجودة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لأي خلل متعلق بالموردين مع احتواء عاجل وحل مؤقت لحماية العميل الداخلي والخارجي.
- التحقق من حلول الاحتواء وتوقيت تنفيذها.
- تطوير وتطبيق طرق فحص الجودة الواردة والأدوات والمنهجيات وتعليمات العمل.
- التعاون مع فريق تقنية المعلومات لبناء وتحديث وحدة SAP الخاصة بالجودة الواردة داخل النظام.
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء فريق الجودة الواردة.
- مراقبة الضبط الإحصائي للعمليات عبر SAP عند الحاجة.
- ضمان دقة تسجيل عمليات فحص الجودة الواردة.
- وضع خطط الجودة، وتصميم طرق الاختبار والمقاييس، وتحديد أنماط الفشل المحتملة ونقاط الضعف في العمليات، ودفع الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إنشاء وتنفيذ عمليات القسم مثل خطط التحكم وخطط الاستجابة لحماية جودة المصنع والتسليم مع تعاون ممتاز بين الأقسام.
- التفاعل المباشر مع الموردين وفرق تطوير الموردين وسلسلة التوريد وهندسة الجودة لمواءمة المتطلبات والتوقعات.
- التعاون مع الموردين وممثليهم داخل المصنع لضمان الاستجابة الفورية لمشاكل الجودة.
- إدارة عملية مطالبات الموردين بما في ذلك استرداد التكاليف وتتبع معالم حل المشكلات ومواعيدها النهائية.
- دعم عملية مجلس مراجعة المواد للتحقيق في حالات عدم المطابقة لدى الموردين وتحديد السبب الجذري والعمل مع الفريق متعدد التخصصات لتحديد وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية ودفع الإجراءات الوقائية طويلة الأجل.
- إدارة خدمات الطرف الثالث داخل المصنع للفرز والإصلاح/اللمسات النهائية بما في ذلك تصميم الموارد وإعداد التقارير وتقييم الأداء الدوري.
- تتبع أداء جودة الموردين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة (يفضل الهندسة الصناعية أو الميكانيكية).
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في بيئة تصنيع عالية الإنتاجية لدى شركة مصنِّعة (OEM) - شرط أساسي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في نفس الدور الوظيفي - مطلوب.
- القدرة على التأثير وكسب التأييد والتواصل الفعال مع الإدارة العليا.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى مع مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
- مهارات قوية في تحليل البيانات وتصورها.
- الإلمام بوحدة الجودة في SAP - مطلوب.
- الإلمام بتطبيقات نظام تنفيذ التصنيع (MES) - ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات الهندسية، ومعرفة عميقة بمعايير ومواصفات الجودة.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة، ومهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy Incoming Quality Strategy, processes and activities.
- Set-up Quality resources and tools.
- React immediately to any Supplier-related abnormality with urgency bringing an immediate containment and interim solution to the affected process to protect the internal and external customer.
- Challenge containment solutions and execution timing.
- Develop and deploy Incoming Quality inspection methods, tools, methodologies and work instructions.
- Collaborate with IT team to build and update the incoming Quality SAP module within SAP.
- Train and coach Incoming Quality team members.
- Monitor Statistical Process Control through SAP when required.
- Ensure Incoming Quality Inspection recording and accuracy.
- Develop quality plans, design test methods and gages, identify potential failure modes and process weaknesses and drive corrective actions
- Create and implement departmental processes such as control and reaction plans to protect factory’s Quality & delivery with excellent cross-functional collaboration.
- Close interaction with suppliers, Supplier Quality Development, Supply Chain and Quality Engineering teams to align requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and supplier’s residents to ensure immediate reaction to Quality Issues.
- Manage supplier claims process including chargeback and tracking of problem-solving milestones and due dates.
- Support Material Review Board process to investigate for supplier non-conformities and determine root cause and work with cross-functional team to identify and implement corrective actions, drive sustained long-term permanent and preventive actions.
- Manage third party services in house for sorting and repair/touch-up including resources design, reporting and regular performance evaluation.
- Track Supplier Quality
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings and an in-depth knowledge of quality standards and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and data driven, be able to adapt to the dynamic working environment, creative mindset in problem solving.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated and highly organized.
- BSc/Master Degree in Engineering required (Industrial Engineering or Mechanical preferred).
- 2-5 years in a high-volume OEM manufacturing background is a Must.
- Minimum 4 years of Experience within the same role is Required.
- Able to influence, gain consensus and can interface well with senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Familiarity with SAP Quality Module is required.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System application is a plus.
