Design De La Belle is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business development and secure new Interior Fit-Out, Design & Build and Turnkey projects in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new fit-out project opportunities.
Build relationships with corporate clients, developers, consultants, PMCs and key decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposals and presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close projects.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant sales/business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of the Riyadh interior fit-out market.
Established client and consultant network in Riyadh is highly preferred.
Proven track record of securing commercial fit-out projects.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
