في Capgemini Engineering، الشركة الرائدة عالمياً في خدمات الهندسة، نبحث عن مهندس معماري/مصمم أنظمة OSS للاتصالات (Telecom OSS Architect / Designer) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث ستكون سلطة تقنية عليا ضمن ممارستنا لهندسة الاتصالات والشبكات، تقود تصميم وتطوير حلول OSS معقدة لعملاء الاتصالات الرئيسيين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التصميم المعماري الشامل لأنظمة OSS عبر مجالات إدارة مخزون الشبكة، وإدارة الأداء، وإدارة الأعطال/الأحداث - تعريف المخططات الحلولية وأطر التكامل والخرائط الفنية بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل وأفضل الممارسات مثل أطر TM Forum (eTOM, TAM, SID).
- دفع تصميم وتنفيذ حلول إدارة مخزون الشبكة، بما في ذلك نمذجة المخزون المادي والمنطقي والخدمي، مع ضمان تمثيل دقيق وفي الوقت الفعلي لأصول الشبكة عبر بيئات متعددة البائعين والتقنيات (2G/3G/4G/5G، الثابت، IP/MPLS).
- تصميم حلول إدارة الأداء والأعطال، والإشراف على تصميم أطر مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وإدارة العتبات، وترابط الإنذارات، وتحليل السبب الجذري - مما يتيح عمليات شبكة استباقية ويقلل من تأثير الخدمة لمشغلي الاتصالات.
- التواصل المباشر مع أصحاب المصلحة من كبار العملاء لجمع وترجمة المتطلبات التجارية والتشغيلية المعقدة إلى مواصفات فنية مفصلة، وحلول معمارية، ووثائق HLD/LLD، والعمل كمستشار موثوق طوال دورة حياة الحل.
- قيادة وإدارة تصميم تكامل OSS، وتعريف الواجهات وAPI بين منصات OSS والأنظمة المجاورة بما في ذلك BSS وNMS وEMS ومنصات إدارة الشبكة السحابية الناشئة - ضمان تدفقات بيانات سلسة واستمرارية تشغيلية عبر النظام البيئي لعمليات الشبكة.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والإرشاد لفريق من مهندسي ومصممي OSS، وإجراء مراجعات التصميم، وضمان جودة المخرجات الفنية، وضمان الاتساق المعماري والامتثال للمعايير المتفق عليها عبر مسارات المشروع.
- دعم أنشطة ما قبل البيع والحلول، والمساهمة في الرد على RFPs/RFIs، والمقترحات الفنية، وعروض الحلول - بفضل الخبرة العميقة في المجال للمساعدة في تشكيل وربح فرص جديدة في سوق الاتصالات في المملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط الأوسع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في صناعة الاتصالات، مع تركيز قوي على هندسة OSS وتصميمها وتسليمها - بما في ذلك خبرة مثبتة في مجالين على الأقل من: أنظمة إدارة مخزون الشبكة، وإدارة الأداء، وإدارة الأعطال/الأحداث، ويفضل في بيئات مشغلين كبيرة متعددة البائعين.
- معرفة عملية عميقة بمنصات وأدوات OSS مثل IBM Tivoli Netcool وNokia NetAct وEricsson ENM/ENIQ وHuawei iMAC/U2000 وComarch OSS أو ما شابهها - بالإضافة إلى فهم قوي لأنماط تكامل OSS/BSS وطبقات الوساطة وتقنيات نمذجة البيانات لمجالات شبكات الاتصالات.
- أساس متين في معايير وأطر TM Forum (eTOM, TAM, SID/ODA) والإلمام بالمعايير الصناعية ذات الصلة بما في ذلك 3GPP وETSI وIETF وTMN - مع القدرة على تطبيق هذه الأطر بشكل عملي في تصميم الحلول والهندسة المعمارية الواقعية.
- خبرة قوية في تقنيات التكامل وAPI بما في ذلك REST/SOAP وTMF Open APIs وOSS/J وتنسيقات بيانات XML/JSON ومنصات الوسيطة - مع القدرة على تصميم حلول تكامل قوية وقابلة للتطوير وآمنة بين مكونات OSS والأنظمة البيئية الأوسع لإدارة الشبكات.

Your Role
As a Telecom OSS Architect / Designer, you will be a senior technical authority within our Connectivity & Network Engineering practice, leading the architecture and design of complex OSS solutions for major telecoms clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, working closely with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendor partners to define and implement best-in-class OSS ecosystems.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading end-to-end OSS architecture and design across Network Inventory Management, Performance Management, and Fault/Event Management domains - defining solution blueprints, integration frameworks, and technical roadmaps aligned to client business objectives and industry best practices such as TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID).
- Driving the design and implementation of Network Inventory solutions, including physical, logical, and service inventory modelling, ensuring accurate and real-time representation of network assets across multi-vendor, multi-technology environments (2G/3G/4G/5G, Fixed, IP/MPLS).
- Architecting Performance and Fault Management solutions, overseeing the design of KPI frameworks, threshold management, alarm correlation, and root cause analysis capabilities - enabling proactive network operations and minimising service impact for telecoms operators.
- Engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to gather and translate complex business and operational requirements into detailed technical specifications, solution architectures, and HLD/LLD documentation, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Leading and governing OSS integration design, defining interfaces and APIs between OSS platforms and adjacent systems including BSS, NMS, EMS, and emerging cloud-native network management platforms - ensuring seamless data flows and operational continuity across the network operations ecosystem.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to a team of OSS engineers and designers, conducting design reviews, driving quality assurance of technical deliverables, and ensuring architectural consistency and compliance with agreed standards across project workstreams.
- Supporting pre-sales and solutioning activities, contributing to RFP/RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution demonstrations - bringing deep domain expertise to help shape and win new opportunities across the KSA and wider Middle East telecoms market.
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Telecom OSS Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability and a collaborative approach.
Technical Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on OSS architecture, design, and delivery - including proven expertise in at least two of the following domains: Network Inventory Management, Performance Management, and Fault/Event Management systems, ideally in large-scale, multi-vendor operator environments.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of OSS platforms and tools, such as IBM Tivoli Netcool, Nokia NetAct, Ericsson ENM/ENIQ, Huawei iMAC/U2000, Comarch OSS, or similar - combined with strong understanding of OSS/BSS integration patterns, mediation layers, and data modelling techniques for telecoms network domains.
- Strong grounding in TM Forum standards and frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID/ODA) and familiarity with relevant industry standards including 3GPP, ETSI, IETF, and TMN - with the ability to apply these frameworks pragmatically in real-world solution design and architecture.
- Solid experience with integration technologies and APIs including REST/SOAP web services, TMF Open APIs, OSS/J, XML/JSON data formats, and middleware platforms - with the ability to architect robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions between OSS components and broader network management ecosystems.
- Proficiency in producing high-quality architecture and design artefacts, including Solution Architecture Documents, HLDs, LLDs, interface control documents, data flow diagrams, and operational runbooks - with experience presenting these at both technical and executive levels.
