WE’RE HIRING | Business Developer - Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

PEAK Ventures is supporting DOKEVER KSA in the recruitment of a Business Developer to support its growth and commercial development in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a commercially driven professional already based in Saudi Arabia, ideally in Riyadh, with strong knowledge of the local business environment and the ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.

1.What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Business Development, B2B/B2G Sales, Strategic Partnerships or Key Account

2. Management

• Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment and decision-making processes

• Experience engaging with senior executives, major corporations, government-related entities or strategic organizations

• An established professional network in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage

• Strong Arabic and English communication skills

• Professional proficiency in French is highly valued

• Experience with tenders, RFPs, procurement or vendor registration is an advantage

3.Experience in one or more of the following sectors would be particularly relevant:

• Healthcare & medical services

• Major events & sports

• Government & public-sector projects

• Giga-projects

• Industrial services

• Emergency, Safety & HSE

• Digital health & technology

• Consulting or complex B2B/B2G services

Location: Saudi Arabia - Riyadh preferred

Compensation: SAR 20,000-25,000 per month fixed + uncapped performance-based variable compensation

Recruitment process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 15-minute initial video interview, to be scheduled by 20 October 2026.

Candidates selected following this first stage may then be invited to a second, in-person interview in Riyadh with a DOKEVER representative, planned for early November 2026. Exact date to be confirmed.
