يدير مدير القياسات (Metrology Manager) وظيفة القياسات في مصنع AMP-2 للجودة في شركة Lucid Motors Middle East بمدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية في مكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مدير القياسات مسؤولية قيادة وظيفة القياسات في المصنع لضمان دقة القياسات البُعدية وتحليلها وتوفير حلقات التغذية الراجعة عبر عمليات تصنيع الهيكل الأبيض (body-in-white) والألواح المغلقة (closures) والختم (stamping) والعمليات ذات الصلة. يشمل الدور تطوير استراتيجيات قياس قوية باستخدام أنظمة قياس الهيكل وأنظمة الختم والمسح الضوئي (scanbox measurement) والتحليل البُعدي ودعم تحقيقات الجودة، وتحويل بيانات القياس إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ لفرق التصنيع والجودة لتمكين ضبط العمليات وقرارات الاحتواء والجاهزية للإطلاق والتحسين المستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة القياس اليومية لعمليات الختم والهيكل والألواح المغلقة، وسلامة الأبعاد وتحليل الهيكل الأبيض والختم.
- إدارة عملية قياس E-cube والأنشطة ذات الصلة بما في ذلك مراجعة النتائج وصيانة E-cube والحفاظ عليه.
- تحديد أولويات القياس وتخصيص الموارد وجداول القياس وإجراءات التصعيد والتسليمات المتوافقة مع احتياجات الإنتاج والإطلاق.
- وضع ممارسات تشغيلية قياسية لتخطيط القياس وسلامة البيانات واستخدام المعدات والعينات المرجعية وانضباط التقارير.
- إدارة استراتيجيات القياس البُعدي للهيكل الأبيض وألواح الختم والألواح المغلقة والتجميعات الفرعية وخصائص المنتج الرئيسية.
- قيادة قياس scanbox والتحليل البُعدي المنظم ورصد الاتجاهات ودراسات الارتباط وأنشطة تقليل التباين.
- تفسير نتائج القياس وتحديد الأنماط وتقييم قدرة العملية وترجمة النتائج إلى توصيات فنية واضحة.
- تقديم تغذية راجعة قائمة على البيانات في الوقت المناسب لفرق التصنيع والختم والهيكل والألواح المغلقة وهندسة الجودة لدعم تعديلات العمليات.
- دفع حل المشكلات ذو الحلقة المغلقة من خلال ربط مخرجات القياس بتحليل السبب الجذري وضبط الأدوات ومحاذاة التركيبات وإعدادات العملية وإجراءات الاحتواء.
- دعم الإطلاق والتدرج التشغيلي والإنتاج اليومي من خلال تصعيد المخاطر البُعدية والتحقق من فعالية الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تقديم خبرة قياس لتحقيقات تحليل الجودة ونتائج تدقيق المنتج/العملاء ومراجعات عدم المطابقة ومشكلات الجودة البُعدية.
- قيادة تحليل نظام القياس ودراسات الارتباط والتكرارية وإعادة الإنتاجية عند الحاجة لتأكيد موثوقية البيانات.
- تطوير لوحات معلومات وتقارير وملخصات فنية تنقل الأداء البُعدي والمخاطر الناشئة وإجراءات التحسين إلى القيادة.
- بناء وتدريب وتطوير فريق قياس عالي الأداء بمعايير واضحة للسلامة والدقة والإلحاح والمساءلة.
- ضمان صيانة معدات القياس وأنظمة scanbox والتركيبات والمقاييس وضوابط المعايرة وبرامج القياس وجاهزيتها للتدقيق.
- التعاون عبر الوظائف لتوحيد الأساليب وزمن دورة القياس وتعزيز مراقبة الجودة البُعدية عبر عمليات AMP-2.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية أو التصنيع أو الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة)؛ درجة الماجستير ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التصنيع السياراتي، مع 7 سنوات على الأقل داخل شركة تصنيع سيارات أصلية (OEM).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في القيادة.
- خلفية قوية في القياسات (Metrology) والتحليل البُعدي وحل المشكلات والتنسيق عبر الوظائف.
- فهم جيد لعمليات تصنيع الختم والهيكل الأبيض (Body In White).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في هندسة الأبعاد في صناعة السيارات، بما في ذلك الهيكل الأبيض والختم والألواح المغلقة والتجميعات والأدوات والتركيبات وأنظمة القياس.
- معرفة تقنية قوية بأنظمة القياس الضوئي/scanbox ومبادئ القياس وأجهزة CMM والتحليل البُعدي وإعداد التقارير.
- قدرة مثبتة على دفع تحسينات التصنيع من خلال التحليل القائم على البيانات والتحقيق في السبب الجذري والتحقق من العملية والإجراءات التصحيحية.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day metrology activities for stamping, body, and closures measurement, dimensional integrity, and analysis for body-in-white and stamping.
- Manage the E-cube measurement process and activities including results reviews, e-cube maintenance and preservation.
- Define metrology priorities, resource allocation, measurement schedules, escalation routines, and deliverables aligned with production and launch needs.
- Establish standard operating practices for measurement planning, data integrity, equipment usage, master samples, and reporting discipline.
- Manage dimensional measurement strategies for BIW, stamping panels, closures, sub-assemblies, and key product characteristics.
- Lead scanbox measurement, structured dimensional analysis, trend monitoring, correlation studies, and variation reduction activities.
- Interpret dimensional results, identify patterns, assess process capability, and translate findings into clear technical recommendations.
- Provide timely, data-driven feedback to Manufacturing, Stamping, Body, Closures, Quality Engineering, and process teams to support process adjustments.
- Drive closed-loop problem solving by linking measurement outputs to root cause analysis, tooling adjustments, fixture alignment, process settings, and containment actions.
- Support launch, ramp-up, and daily production through escalation of dimensional risks and verification of corrective action effectiveness.
- Provide measurement expertise for quality analysis investigations, customer/product audit findings, nonconformance reviews, and dimensional quality issues.
- Lead measurement system analysis, correlation, repeatability and reproducibility activities where required to confirm data reliability.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and technical summaries that communicate dimensional performance, emerging risks, and improvement actions to leadership.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing metrology team with clear standards for safety, accuracy, urgency, and accountability.
- Ensure metrology equipment, scanbox systems, fixtures, gauges, calibration controls, and measurement programs are maintained and audit ready.
- Partner cross-functionally to standardize methods, measurement cycle time, and strengthen dimensional Quality control across AMP-2 operations.
- Expertise in automotive dimensional engineering, including BIW, stamping, closures, assemblies, tooling, fixtures, and measurement systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of scanbox/optical measurement systems, metrology principles, CMMs, dimensional analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to drive manufacturing improvements through data-driven analysis, root cause investigation, process validation, and corrective actions.
- Effective Leader with experience building high-performing teams, coaching engineers and technicians, and establishing operational standards.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, attention to detail, and ability to perform under production and launch pressures.
- Bachelor is required in Engineering required; Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or related discipline preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing with a minimum of 7 years within OEM.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong background in Metrology and dimensional as well as problem solving, and cross-functional coordination.
- Good understanding of Stamping and Body In White manufacturing processes.
