تفاصيل الوظيفة

تعلن شركة أكوا الصين (ACWA China) عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة Document Controller (CCR Operator) في محطة سدرة بالمدينة المنورة. ستعمل على مراقبة وتشغيل وحدات الطاقة والمياه من غرفة التحكم لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج وفق معايير الجودة والسلامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل الوحدة/المحطة من لوحة التحكم وفق الإجراءات المحددة، وتعديل ظروف التشغيل وتدفق المنتجات، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية عند حدوث أعطال.
  • تطوير فهم شامل لتخطيط المصنع والعمليات والأنظمة التكنولوجية المتقدمة وإجراءات العمل الخاصة بالأصول التشغيلية المتعددة.
  • الحفاظ على اتصال لاسلكي مستمر مع المشغلين الميدانيين، وإبلاغهم بظروف التشغيل الحالية، واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة للحفاظ على التشغيل ضمن المعايير المتفق عليها.
  • تحديث سجلات وسجلات غرفة التحكم، وتنفيذ تسليم المناوبة بشكل صحيح لضمان التواصل السلس.
  • اتباع تعليمات مشرف/مهندس الوردية، ومراقبة أي تشوهات في النظام، واتخاذ إجراءات وقرارات سريعة لتطبيع المعدات وفقاً للإجراءات.
  • إجراء الفحص التشخيصي الأولي لتحديد سبب عطل المعدات، وتصحيح الأخطاء أو رفع طلبات الإصلاح للإدارات المعنية ومتابعتها.
  • التنسيق لضمان إجراءات Lock Out & Tag Out أثناء عزل المعدات للصيانة، ثم تطبيع المعدات بعد الإلغاء وفقاً لإجراء تصريح العمل.
  • تقديم تدريب أثناء العمل لأعضاء الفريق الجدد لتسهيل مشاركة المعرفة وتحقيق معايير الجودة.
  • الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال البيئي.
  • مراقبة المعايير البيئية التنظيمية بانتظام والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات للمشرف/المهندس لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • الالتزام بجميع السياسات والعمليات وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية التنظيمية والداخلية.
  • المساهمة في تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات وبرامج ومشاريع التغيير بما يتوافق مع معايير المنظمة.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • حاصل على دبلوم تقني في الهندسة.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تشغيل غرفة التحكم في وحدات الطاقة أو تحلية المياه.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة بمعدات المصنع وعمليات غرفة التحكم ذات الصلة.
  • وعي بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ومعايير الجودة.
  • معرفة شاملة بجميع عمليات ومعدات المصنع.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • معرفة واسعة بأنظمة التشغيل مثل DCS وSCADA وPLC.
  • معرفة بتحليل التوقف وأدوات حل المشكلات.
  • معرفة بأنشطة تشغيل الطاقة وتحلية المياه.
  • مهارات التوجيه والتدريب وإدارة الأفراد.

Position Title: CCR Operator

Reports To

Location: Al Madinnah Al Manwarah, Sidra

Job Purpose

To monitor and control the operations and parameters of the power and water units through the plant’s control room and maintain a steady state of operations of the units, to meet the required production targets, in accordance with ACWA NOMAC’s work instructions and quality and HSSE standards.

Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Control Room Operations

  • Operate the assigned unit / plant from the control panel as per defined procedures, adjust operating conditions and product flows and take immediate corrective action in the event of abnormalities or malfunction in the operating equipment.
  • Develop thorough understanding of plant layout, processes, operating advanced technology systems and equipment and work procedures of multiple operating assets in order to perform duties and day-to-day operations as per defined quality/HSE standards.
  • Maintain continuous radio contact with field operators, informing them of current operating conditions and initiating required actions to maintain operations within the agreed operating parameters.
  • Update the control room registers and logs and carry out proper shift handover to ensure seamless communication.
  • Follow the work instructions of the Shift Supervisor / Engineer, monitor any system abnormalities and take quick actions and decisions to normalize the equipment as per the work instructions / SOPs.
  • Make initial diagnostic check to determine cause of equipment malfunction, correct faults if required or raise work requests for faulty equipment to the concerned departments and follow up for the timely and efficient defect rectification.
  • Coordinate and ensure Lock Out & Tag Out during the isolation of equipment for maintenance and normalize the equipment after cancellation, as per the approved Permit to Work procedure.
  • Provide on-the-job training to junior team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and achievement of defined quality standards within the team

  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
  • Monitor the environmental regulatory parameters on a regular basis and report any deviations to Shift Supervisor/Engineer for corrective action.

  • Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.

  • Contribute in the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the organization’s standards

  • Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.

Minimum Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • A Technical Diploma holder in Engineering.

Minimum Experience

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in control room operations in the Power / Water desalination units

Skills

  • Knowledge of relevant plant equipment and control room operations
  • Awareness of HSE & quality standards
  • Knowledge of all relevant plant processes and equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of operating systems like DCS, SCADA, PLC etc.
  • Knowledge of downtime analysis and good knowledge of problem solving tools
  • Knowledge of power and water desalination operational activities
