تعلن شركة Hilton عن وظيفة Cluster Learning & Development Executive في السعودية، تهدف إلى تنسيق ودعم أنشطة التعلم والتطوير لضمان تجربة استثنائية للموظفين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق برامج التعلم والتطوير والأنشطة التدريبية.
- دعم عملية تأهيل الموظفين الجدد والتوجيه.
- تنسيق التدريب الإلزامي والخاص بالوظيفة.
- تحديد ومتابعة احتياجات التدريب مع الإدارات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات تدريب دقيقة وحضور الموظفين.
- مراقبة إتمام برامج التعلم المطلوبة.
- إعداد تقارير التدريب ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- دعم مبادرات تطوير الموظفين والنمو الوظيفي.
- تنسيق برامج التدريب الداخلي وتمهير والتدريب الميداني.
- دعم منصات التعلم الإلكتروني الخاصة بـ Hilton والتدريب الرقمي.
- جمع الملاحظات على التدريب وتقييم فعاليته.
- التنسيق مع المدربين الداخليين والخارجيين ومزودي التدريب.
- دعم معارض التوظيف وورش العمل والشراكات الجامعية.
- ضمان التزام الأنشطة التدريبية بمعايير وسياسات Hilton.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، إدارة الضيافة، التعليم، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنة في التعلم والتطوير، التدريب، أو الموارد البشرية، ويفضل في مجال الضيافة.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
- معرفة بأنظمة LMS / HR Systems (مفضلة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل وعرض وتنظيم قوية.
- معرفة جيدة بـ Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel و PowerPoint.
- مهارات تعامل مع الآخرين قوية والقدرة على العمل مع مختلف مستويات الموظفين.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You
Coordinate and support L&D activities, including onboarding, training programs, mandatory learning, employee development, training records, and reporting. Work closely with departments to identify training needs and support continuous learning and career development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate L&D programs and training activities.
- Support new joiner onboarding and orientation.
- Coordinate mandatory and job-specific training.
- Identify and follow up on training needs with departments.
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance.
- Monitor completion of required learning programs.
- Prepare training reports and KPIs.
- Support employee development and career growth initiatives.
- Coordinate internship, Tamheer, and trainee programs.
- Support Hilton learning platforms and digital training.
- Collect training feedback and evaluate effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal and external trainers and training providers.
- Support career fairs, workshops, and university partnerships.
- Ensure training activities follow Hilton standards and policies.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with LMS / HR systems is preferred.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different levels of employees.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
