شركة ACWA China تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس وردية (Shift Charge Engineer) في محطة سدرا بالمدينة المنورة، السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى الإشراف على الأنشطة التشغيلية أثناء الوردية ومراقبة الأداء وتقديم الدعم الفني لضمان كفاءة وإنتاجية وسلامة المحطة، مع تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج للوردية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الأفراد: الإشراف على أنشطة فريق العمل أثناء الوردية لضمان تحقيق الأهداف وفق السياسات والإجراءات.
- إدارة العمليات: مراقبة أداء المحطة وتقديم الدعم الهندسي لجميع الأمور التشغيلية، واتخاذ القرارات السريعة لتصحيح أي انحرافات أو حالات طارئة.
- دعم الصيانة: التنسيق مع فريق الصيانة أثناء الوردية لضمان إتمام أنشطة التشغيل والتشغيل التجريبي بأمان وفق الخطة.
- إدارة العلاقات: تطوير علاقات عمل فعّالة مع الإدارات الداخلية والمقاولين الخارجيين، وحضور الاجتماعات الفنية لمعالجة المشكلات التقنية.
- إدارة SAP: تنفيذ عمليات SAP في قسم العمليات وضمان الالتزام بإرشاداتها في التخطيط وجدولة البيانات وإنشاء أوامر العمل.
- الصحة والسلامة والبيئة: مراقبة الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة، والإبلاغ عن الحوادث أو الحوادث الوشيكة، وإدارة حالات الطوارئ وفق خطة الاستجابة.
- السياسات والإجراءات: الالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات التنظيمية لضمان تنفيذ العمل وفق المعايير.
- التحسين المستمر: المساهمة في تحديد وتنفيذ مبادرات التغيير والتحسين بما يتوافق مع معايير الشركة.
- مهام أخرى: أداء أي مهام أخرى يطلبها المدير المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال تحلية المياه ومحطات توليد الطاقة، منها سنتان في دور إشرافي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بالمعدات الخاصة بالمحطة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في العمل على نظام SAP.
- يفضل الإلمام بنظام IMS الجديد.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات التوجيه والتدريب وإدارة الأفراد.
- معرفة عمليات تحلية المياه ومحطات توليد الطاقة وخاصة عمليات NOMAC.
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط والتنظيم والتكامل.
- مهارات العمل الجماعي والتعاون الفعّال.

▪ Supervise the activities and work of the team members during the shift to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
Operations Management
- Monitor plant performance and provide operations engineering support dealing with all process / operational related matters and activities during the shift to ensure optimal plant operations in a timely manner.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of shift staff and manage all plant operating activities ensuring they are executed in a safe and efficient manner so that the operational area meets required targets.
- Review all current work instructions, SOPs, processes and procedures and recommend necessary changes to the Operations Manager, ensuring process efficiency and optimization of resources.
- Monitor operational performance and make quick decisions to correct abnormalities or disturbances, taking corrective actions during a state of emergency.
- Coordinate with all other departments for activities that are related to plant operations during the shift and ensure their timely execution as per the plan.
- . Collaborate with Maintenance team during the shift and ensure that any minor / major activities like commissioning and start-up activities are completed in a safe manner, as per the established plan.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant HSSE and permit to work system, instructions and controls and procedures are complied with so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal departments and external contractors while promptly attending to all critical technical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.
- Represent the plant in all technical meetings to handle any escalated technical matters, to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Administer SAP processes within the operations section and ensure adherence to SAP guidelines in all related aspects of annual and monthly planning, scheduling, data management such as breakdowns review, corrective maintenance notification, creating work orders and planning in order to ensure data/system integrity in line with NOMAC’s defined standards.
- Ensure all system documents are up to date in order to comply with NOMAC’s quality standards.
- Monitor the adherence to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
- Ensure that all accidents, incidents or near misses occurring during the shift are properly reported as per established procedures.
- Manage an emergency during the shift as per the company emergency response plan until relieved by a higher authority, in order to ensure minimum impact of the hazard.
- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.
- Contributes to the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programs and projects in line with the organization’s standards.
- Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.
- Needs to build a rapport with relevant contractors and vendors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering.
- 8 years’ experience in water desalination and power generation plants with 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of relevant plant equipment
- SAP working knowledge is preferred
- New IMS system awareness/working knowledge is preferred
- Project Management
- Mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Knowledge of the operations in water desalination and power generation plants and of NOMAC operations
- Strong planning, organizing, and integration skills
- Teamwork and effective collaboration skills
