فلاي أكيد (FlyAkeed) توفر فرصة وظيفية في الرياض، السعودية، لشغل منصب مساعد مدير التقارير المالية (Financial Reporting Assistant Manager) للانضمام إلى فريقها ودعم إعداد وتحليل ومراجعة أنشطة التقارير المالية بما يضمن الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية والسياسات الداخلية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن مساعد مدير التقارير المالية لدعم إعداد وتحليل ومراجعة أنشطة التقارير المالية، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية المعمول بها والسياسات الداخلية ومتطلبات إعداد التقارير. المرشح المثالي يجب أن يتمتع بخبرة قوية في التقارير المالية، ويفضل أن تكون مكتسبة من مكتب تدقيق رائد، إلى جانب معرفة متينة بالإدارة المالية والتقييم (FM&V) وشهادة مهنية مثل CMA.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم إعداد ومراجعة التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
- ضمان دقة واكتمال وسلامة بيانات التقارير المالية.
- المساعدة في إعداد القوائم المالية وحزم تقارير الإدارة.
- مراجعة المعلومات المالية والمعالجات المحاسبية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS/GAAP وسياسات الشركة.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين وفرق المالية ومدققي الحسابات الخارجيين لتلبية متطلبات إعداد التقارير واستفسارات التدقيق.
- دعم عملية إقفال نهاية العام وضمان إنجاز أنشطة التقارير المالية في الوقت المحدد.
- تحليل النتائج المالية والفروقات والاتجاهات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتقديم رؤى مفيدة للإدارة.
- المساعدة في تطوير النماذج المالية والتنبؤات وتحليلات التقييم عند الحاجة.
- دعم تطبيق وتحسين عمليات وضوابط وإجراءات التقارير المالية.
- تحديد مخاطر إعداد التقارير والتوصية بالتحسينات لتعزيز دقة وكفاءة التقارير المالية.
- إعداد العروض التقديمية والتحليلات المالية للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- البقاء على اطلاع بالتغييرات في المعايير المحاسبية ولوائح التقارير المالية وأفضل الممارسات.
- توجيه وإرشاد أعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة إجمالية تتراوح بين 8 إلى 12 سنة في التقارير المالية أو المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مكتب تدقيق.
- خبرة في الإدارة المالية والتقييم (FM&V) مفضلة بشدة.
- خبرة قوية في إعداد وتحليل وإعداد تقارير القوائم المالية.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع مدققي الحسابات الخارجيين وإدارة متطلبات التدقيق.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS ومبادئ التقارير المالية.
- مهارات متقدمة في Excel وإتقان قوي لأنظمة التقارير المالية / ERP.
- القدرة على تحليل البيانات المالية المعقدة وترجمتها إلى رؤى تجارية واضحة.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالدقة.
- مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على العمل الجماعي.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط المواعيد النهائية وإدارة أولويات متعددة.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting data
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages
- Review financial information and accounting treatments to ensure compliance with applicable IFRS/GAAP and company policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Finance teams, and external auditors to address reporting requirements and audit queries
- Support the year-end closing process and ensure timely completion of financial reporting activities
- Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and key performance indicators and provide meaningful insights to management
- Assist in developing financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses where required
- Support the implementation and enhancement of financial reporting processes, controls, and procedures
- Identify reporting risks and recommend improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting
- Prepare presentations and financial analysis for senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, financial reporting regulations, and best practices
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8-12 years of total relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, financial management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an audit firm is required
- Experience in Financial Management & Valuation (FM&V) is highly preferred
- Strong experience in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting
- Previous experience working with external auditors and managing audit requirements
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
