تعلن شركة القدية (Qiddiya Investment Company) عن توفر وظيفة 'مساعد مدير - إدارة التهديدات السيبرانية' (Assistant Manager - Cybersecurity Threat Management) في الرياض، السعودية. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى قيادة مبادرات إدارة التهديدات السيبرانية والإشراف على اكتشاف التهديدات وتحليلها والتخفيف من حدتها لحماية أصول المعلومات والبنية التحتية الحيوية للشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة برنامج إدارة التهديدات السيبرانية، بما في ذلك جمع وتحليل ونشر معلومات التهديدات.
- الإشراف على أنشطة اكتشاف الحوادث والاستجابة لها، وضمان التعامل الفوري والفعال مع الحوادث الأمنية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات متقدمة لصيد التهديدات والتخفيف منها بما يتناسب مع المخاطر والاحتياجات التنظيمية.
- التعاون مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية لتعزيز مشاركة معلومات التهديدات والتنسيق.
- إدارة وتوجيه فريق إدارة التهديدات السيبرانية، وتعزيز تطوير المهارات وتبادل المعرفة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير معلومات التهديدات وتقييمات المخاطر إلى القيادة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
- مواكبة التهديدات والتكتيكات والتقنيات الناشئة، ودمج المعرفة الجديدة في عمليات إدارة التهديدات.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير والسياسات واللوائح ذات الصلة بأمن المعلومات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أمن المعلومات أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في إدارة التهديدات السيبرانية أو الاستجابة للحوادث أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم عميق لأطر معلومات التهديدات وعمليات الأمن ومنهجيات الاستجابة للحوادث.
- خبرة مثبتة في القيادة وإدارة الفرق.
- الإلمام بأدوات وتقنيات متقدمة لكشف التهديدات.
- مهارات تحليلية واتصالية وشخصية ممتازة.
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة مثل CISSP أو CTIA أو GCIH مرغوب بها بشدة.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the cybersecurity threat management program, including threat intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination
- Oversee incident detection and response activities, ensuring timely and effective handling of security incidents
- Develop and implement advanced threat hunting and mitigation strategies tailored to organizational risks and needs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance threat intelligence sharing and coordination
- Manage and mentor the cybersecurity threat management team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
- Prepare and present threat intelligence reports and risk assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, tactics, and technologies, integrating new knowledge into threat management processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity threat management, incident response, or related fields
- Deep understanding of threat intelligence frameworks, security operations, and incident response methodologies
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Familiarity with advanced threat detection tools and technologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), or GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) are highly desirable
