Key Responsibilities
- Design and enforce cybersecurity governance frameworks and policies in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with information security
- Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance governance practices
- Monitor governance effectiveness and provide regular reports to senior management
- Develop training programs to enhance employee awareness of cybersecurity governance issues
- Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to adapt governance strategies accordingly
- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders on governance-related matters
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity governance or compliance

- Proven experience in risk management and the ability to conduct thorough assessments
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CGEIT are highly desirable
