تعلن شركة Acwa China عن توفر وظيفة فني أنظمة وتحكم (I&C Technician) للعمل في محافظة المدينة المنورة (سدرة)، ضمن فريق التشغيل والصيانة، بهدف تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والتركيب والإصلاح لأنظمة ومعدات التحكم والقياس وفق إجراءات السلامة والجودة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقوم فني أنظمة التحكم والقياس بتنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والتركيب والإصلاح والتعديل لأنظمة ومعدات التحكم في المحطة، وفق إجراءات الصيانة القياسية وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ومعايير الجودة، لضمان تحقيق الأداء الفعال والموثوقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية الدورية لأنظمة التحكم والقياس وفق الجدول المحدد وإجراءات ACWA NOMAC لتسهيل استمرارية التشغيل.
  • مراقبة الحالة الفنية لجميع الأنظمة والمعدات في المحطة، والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات للمهندس/المشرف لضمان الصيانة الفعالة وفق معايير الجودة والسلامة.
  • الاستجابة لأعطال أنظمة التحكم والقياس وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وفق التعليمات لتقليل وقت التوقف وتعظيم كفاءة المعدات.
  • استكشاف الأعطال باستخدام الأدوات وقطع الغيار اللازمة، بما في ذلك التشخيص والتفكيك والإصلاح وتغيير القطع والفحص والتنظيف وإعادة التجميع، للتأكد من معايرة الأجهزة جيداً وجاهزيتها للتشغيل.
  • تشخيص أسباب الأعطال أو الفشل في المعدات التشغيلية مثل صمامات التحكم وأجهزة الإرسال، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية بالتعاون مع المهندس/المشرف.
  • قراءة وفهم الكتيبات الفنية ومخططات التحكم والنظم، وتطبيق المعرفة لتنفيذ مهام الصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال، والتحضير لصيانة أنظمة التحكم في المنطقة المخصصة.
  • محاذاة وضبط ومعايرة الأنظمة والمعدات وفق المواصفات، والحفاظ على سجلات الإصلاحات والمعايرات والاختبارات.
  • تحديث سجل الصيانة وتسجيل تفاصيل العمل المنجز بما في ذلك العيوب والمشكلات والملاحظات وحالة أنظمة التحكم، لضمان توفر المعلومات في الوقت المناسب وتنظيم المرجعية.
  • الالتزام بجميع إجراءات وتعليمات وضوابط الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة ذات الصلة، لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال البيئي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة تقنية أو دبلوم مشارك في هندسة الأجهزة (Instrument Engineering).
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في صيانة أجهزة التحكم والقياس كفني في تركيب وصيانة وهندسة المعدات الإلكترونية والمنشآت في بيئة محطات التناضح العكسي (RO Water plant).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عملية بمعدات محطات التناضح العكسي ذات الصلة.
  • معرفة عملية بمبادئ الصيانة بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: تحديد وتصنيف والتخلص من النفايات ومراقبة الانبعاثات.
  • وعي بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والجودة.
  • مهارات العمل الجماعي والتعاون الفعال.

Position Title: I&C Technician

Reports to: I&C Engineer

Function : O&M

Job Location: Al Madinnah Al Manwarah, Sidra

Job Purpose

I&C Technician will carry out maintenance, installation, overhauling and modification activities on plant’s instrumentation and control systems and equipment in accordance with standard maintenance procedures, HSE guidelines and quality standards to attain effective functionality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

I&C Maintenance

  • Carry out required routine preventative instrumentation and control maintenance work according to set schedule and ACWA NOMAC procedures to facilitate continuous operations.
  • Monitor the physical condition of all systems and equipment in assigned plant and report non-conformances to Instrumentation and Control Engineer / Supervisor to facilitate effective maintenance of all ACWA NOMAC facilities as per set Quality/ HSE standards.
  • Respond to instrumentation and control failures and implement corrective actions in adherence with procedures and guidelines to reduce downtime and maximize functionality of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot using necessary tools and spare parts including diagnosis, dismantling, repair, part change, checking, cleaning and reassembly to validate that all instruments are well calibrated and in good working condition for smooth operations.
  • Diagnose causes of malfunction or failure of operational equipment such as control valves, transmitters, etc. and take corrective measures in collaboration with Instrumentation and Control Engineer / Supervisor.
  • Read and understand technical manuals, control diagrams and system diagrams and apply the knowledge to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, to prepare for the instrument and control maintenance to systems and equipment in the assigned area.
  • Align, adjust and calibrate systems and equipment according to specifications and to maintain records of repairs, calibrations and tests.

Documentation

  • Update the maintenance logbook and record details of work carried out including defaults, problems, various findings and conditions of all instrumentation and control systems to ensure timely availability of information and organized referencing.

Health, Safety, Security & Environment

  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Requirements

  • Minimum of technical certificate / Associate’s Diploma in Instrument Engineering.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in instrument and control maintenance as a technician in installation, maintenance and engineering of electronic equipment and installations in a RO Water plant environment.

Skills

  • Practical Knowledge of relevant RO Water plant equipment
  • Practical knowledge of maintenance principles including but not limited to identification, classification, disposal of waste and emission monitoring
  • Awareness of HSE & quality standards
  • Teamwork and effective collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of First aid measures
