المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات الخاصة بحمامات السباحة والنوافير المائية.
- إعداد خطط المشروع وجداوله الزمنية ومتابعة تنفيذها.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين لضمان سير العمل.
- التأكد من الالتزام باللوائح المحلية ومعايير الشركة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع ومراقبة التقدم وحل المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بأنظمة MEP والترشيح وحمامات السباحة.
- إعداد التقارير ودعم تخطيط الموارد والتكاليف.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء والمساهمة في مبادرات الجودة والسلامة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة من جامعة معتمدة.
- خبرة في مجال إنشاء حمامات السباحة أو أنظمة معالجة المياه أو هندسة خدمات المباني، ويفضل في بيئات المقاولات أو الاستشارات.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات الهندسة والتصميم مثل AutoCAD أو ما يشابهها، والإلمام بالمعايير ولوائح السلامة ذات الصلة.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع، وإدارة مهام متعددة، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية، والعمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- الشهادات المهنية في إدارة المشاريع أو الهندسة، والخبرة السابقة في السعودية أو دول الخليج تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع وتخطيطها وتنسيقها، خاصة في مجال حمامات السباحة أو أعمال MEP ذات الصلة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة للتفاعل مع العملاء والاستشاريين وفرق الموقع والموردين، ولإعداد وثائق فنية واضحة.
- معرفة في الهندسة الكهربائية الخاصة بأنظمة حمامات السباحة والمضخات والتحكم والإضاءة والتكامل مع تركيبات MEP الأوسع.

- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge relevant to pool systems, pumps, controls, lighting, and integration with broader MEP installations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
- Experience in swimming pool construction, water treatment systems, or building services engineering, preferably within contracting or consulting environments.
- Proficiency in engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and familiarity with relevant standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional certifications in project management or engineering, and prior experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets, are advantageous.
