تسعى شركة Xad Technologies إلى تعيين مدير إقليمي (Country Manager) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لقيادة العمليات ودفع نمو الأعمال في قطاع الاتصالات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة العمليات التشغيلية للشركة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- دفع نمو الأعمال وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة في السوق السعودي.
- إدارة العمليات التقنية والمشاريع المتعلقة بشبكات الاتصالات.
- الإشراف على شؤون الموارد البشرية والإدارة العامة.
- إدارة علاقات الموردين والعملاء وتعزيز الشراكات.
- تطوير الأعمال وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- إعداد الميزانيات والتكاليف والتنبؤات المالية وإدارة الشؤون المالية.
- تقديم تحسينات استراتيجية وجلب أعمال جديدة للمنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 15 و18 عاماً في مجال ذي صلة، مع تفضيل الخبرة القوية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو هندسة الاتصالات (إلزامي).
- الإقامة الحالية في المملكة العربية السعودية (شرط أساسي).
- خبرة قوية في شبكات الاتصالات المتنقلة والثابتة.
- خبرة في العمليات التقنية وإدارة المشاريع.
- معرفة قوية بقوانين العمل السعودية والسياسات واللوائح والامتثال.
- معرفة عملية بإجراءات التأشيرات والإقامة (إقامة) وتوظيف العمالة ونقل الموظفين في السعودية.
- فهم المنصات الحكومية ذات الصلة وإجراءات الموارد البشرية والتأشيرات في المملكة.
- القدرة على إدارة التوظيف وتخطيط القوى العاملة وتلبية متطلبات القوى العاملة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة الموردين وبناء العلاقات.
- خبرة قوية في تطوير الأعمال وإدارة علاقات العملاء.
- خبرة في إعداد الميزانيات والتكاليف والتنبؤات والإدارة المالية.
- قدرة مثبتة على جلب أعمال جديدة وتحسينات استراتيجية للمؤسسة.
- مهارات قيادية قوية مع سجل حافل في تحقيق نمو الأعمال والتميز التشغيلي.
- معرفة متعمقة بالموارد البشرية والإدارة العامة.

Urgent Hiring - Country Manager | KSA
XAD Technologies is looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead operations, drive business growth, and develop new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
15-18 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong KSA experience
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications / Telecom Engineering - Mandatory
Must be currently residing in KSA
Strong experience in Telecom Mobile & Fixed Networks
Experience in Technical Operations & Project Management
Strong knowledge of HR & Administration
Excellent Vendor Management & Relationship Management skills
Strong Business Development and client relationship experience
Experience in Budgeting, Costing, Forecasting & Financial Management
Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, policies, regulations and compliance
Hands-on knowledge of KSA visa, Iqama, manpower hiring and employee transfer processes
Understanding of relevant government platforms and HR/visa procedures in KSA
Ability to manage recruitment, manpower planning and workforce requirements
Proven ability to bring new business, strategic improvements and positive changes to the organization
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of business growth and operational excellence
Location: KSA
Only candidates currently residing in KSA with relevant Telecom experience and strong knowledge of KSA policies, laws, HR and visa management will be considered.
