شركة فاندرلاند، الرائدة في تقديم حلول مبتكرة وعالية الأداء لخدمات المطارات، تبحث عن مهندس تخطيط أول للانضمام إلى فريق التخطيط في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة جداول المشاريع التفصيلية باستخدام Primavera P6، بما في ذلك WBS والمعالم والجداول الأساسية وتحليل المسار الحرج.
- تنسيق الجداول مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والتركيب والتشغيل.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتحديث الجداول أسبوعياً وشهرياً.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم، لوحات المعلومات، منحنيات S، الرسوم البيانية، تحليل القيمة المكتسبة، وجداول التطلع المستقبلي.
- تحديد مخاطر الجدول الزمني والتأخيرات والانزلاقات، والتوصية بخطط التخفيف والاسترداد والتسريع.
- مراجعة جداول المقاولين من الباطن ومراقبة الأداء مقابل البرامج المعتمدة.
- تحليل التأخيرات والاضطرابات ودعم متطلبات تمديد الوقت (EOT) وتحليل التأخير.
- دعم تخطيط المناقصات من خلال إعداد جداول العطاءات والبرامج المحملة بالموارد.
- عرض أداء الجدول الزمني والمخاطر والإجراءات التصحيحية أثناء اجتماعات مراجعة المشروع.
- توجيه مهندسي التخطيط والمنسقين ومراجعة مخرجات التخطيط الخاصة بهم من حيث الدقة والجودة.
- تعزيز معايير التخطيط المتسقة وطرق الإبلاغ والتحسين المستمر عبر المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة البناء أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التخطيط والرقابة على المشاريع، ويفضل في مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبيرة، EPC، المطار، BHS، أو MHS.
- خبرة متقدمة في Primavera P6 وMicrosoft Excel؛ ومعرفة بـ Microsoft Project وPower BI مفضلة.
- خبرة قوية في الجدولة الأساسية، تخطيط الموارد، تحليل المسار الحرج، تحليل التأخير، إعداد تمديد الوقت (EOT)، وتحسين الجدول الزمني.
- خبرة في إعداد تقارير الإدارة، لوحات المعلومات، منحنيات S، الرسوم البيانية، وعروض المشاريع.
- مهارات قيادية وتحليلية وتواصلية قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة مثبتة على توجيه أعضاء فريق التخطيط المبتدئين والعمل بفعالية في بيئات متعددة الثقافات والتخصصات.

What are my responsibilities?
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, including WBS, milestones, baseline schedules, and critical path analysis.
- Coordinate schedules with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning teams.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, histograms, earned value analysis, and look-ahead schedules.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and slippages, and recommend mitigation, recovery, and acceleration plans.
- Review subcontractor schedules and monitor performance against approved programmes.
- Analyze delays and disruptions and support Extension of Time (EOT) and delay analysis requirements.
- Support tender planning by preparing bid schedules and resource-loaded programmes.
- Present schedule performance, risks, and corrective actions during project review meetings.
- Mentor Planning Engineers and Coordinators and review their planning deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Promote consistent planning standards, reporting methods, and continuous improvement across projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 + years of experience in planning and project controls, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, EPC, airport, BHS, or MHS projects.
- Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Project and Power BI is preferred.
- Strong experience in baseline scheduling, resource planning, critical path analysis, delay analysis, EOT preparation, and schedule optimization.
- Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, S-curves, histograms, and project presentations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to mentor junior planning team members and work effectively in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments.
