نبذة عن الوظيفة
- نبحث عن مدير نمو محفظة ذو خبرة ليتولى مسؤولية نمو وسلامة برنامج بطاقات تابي من البداية إلى النهاية. يجمع هذا الدور بين علاقات الشبكات (Scheme)، والامتثال، والاستراتيجية التجارية، حيث ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق البطاقات والامتثال والمخاطر والمنتج لزيادة إصدار البطاقات وتفعيلها واستخدامها، مع ضمان التوافق الكامل مع قواعد الشبكات والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- ستقود مبادرات نمو المحفظة، وتدير علاقات الشبكات والتقارير، وتتحمل مسؤوليات الامتثال المرتبطة ببرنامج البطاقات - بدءاً من متطلبات الشبكات وصولاً إلى الالتزامات التنظيمية. أنت مرتاح للموازنة بين أجندة النمو التجاري ومتطلبات الامتثال الصارمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على استراتيجية نمو المحفظة لبرنامج بطاقات تابي، بما في ذلك دفع النمو عبر مسار المبيعات وتحديد وتنفيذ محفزات النمو مثل التسعير والحوافز والشراكات.
- إدارة العلاقات اليومية مع شبكات البطاقات، بما في ذلك تقارير البرامج والمتطلبات والحوافز والمبادرات الجديدة للشبكات.
- ضمان الامتثال المستمر لبرنامج البطاقات مع قواعد الشبكات والمتطلبات التنظيمية وسياسات المخاطر الداخلية.
- التعاون مع فرق الامتثال والمخاطر والقانونية لإدارة عمليات تدقيق الشبكات والشهادات والتقارير التنظيمية المتعلقة ببرنامج البطاقات.
- تتبع أداء المحفظة (التفعيل، الإنفاق، الاحتفاظ) وحالة الامتثال والإبلاغ عنها لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- البقاء على اطلاع بتغييرات قواعد الشبكات والتحديثات التنظيمية، وترجمتها إلى خطط عمل عبر الأقسام.
- التعاون مع فريق المنتج والهندسة لتحديد أولويات الميزات التي تدعم أهداف النمو والامتثال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- 3-4 سنوات من الخبرة في القطاع المصرفي أو التكنولوجيا المالية، مع تعامل مباشر مع برامج البطاقات أو إدارة الشبكات أو الامتثال.
- معرفة عملية بقواعد شبكات البطاقات والمتطلبات التنظيمية التي تحكم برامج البطاقات.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، والقدرة على العمل مع بيانات أداء المحفظة لدفع قرارات النمو.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة للعمل عبر فرق الامتثال والمخاطر والتسويق والمنتجات والتقنية وشركاء الشبكات الخارجيين.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية ولفظية قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية - شرط أساسي.

We're looking for an experienced Portfolio Growth Manager to own the growth and health of Tabby's card program end-to-end.
This role sits at the intersection of scheme relationships, compliance and commercial strategy working closely with Card Scheme, Compliance, Risk and Product to grow card issuance, activation and usage while keeping the program fully aligned with scheme rules and regulatory requirements.
You'll lead portfolio growth initiatives, manage scheme relationships and reporting, and own the compliance obligations tied to the card program - from scheme mandates to regulatory requirements. You're comfortable balancing a commercial growth agenda with the discipline compliance demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Own portfolio growth strategy for Tabby's card program including driving growth across the funnel and identify and execute growth levers pricing, incentives and partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with card schemes, including program reporting, mandates, incentives and new scheme initiatives.
- Ensure the card program's ongoing compliance with scheme rules, regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk and Legal to manage scheme audits, certifications and regulatory filings related to the card program.
- Track and report portfolio performance (activation, spend, retention) and compliance status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of scheme rule changes and regulatory updates, translating them into action plans across the business.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize features that support both growth and compliance goals.
- 3-4 years of experience in banking or fintech, with direct exposure to card programs, scheme management or compliance.
- Working knowledge of card scheme rule and the regulatory requirements governing card programs.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with portfolio performance data to drive growth decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to work across Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Product & Tech and external scheme partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic a must
