تسعى شركة Hawthorne Residential Partners، إحدى أكبر شركات إدارة المجمعات السكنية في الولايات المتحدة، إلى تعيين مستشار تأجير (Leasing Consultant) للعمل في السعودية. سيكون المرشح المختار واجهة المجتمع وسفيراً لثقافة Live It، مع التركيز على تقديم تجارب استثنائية وبناء علاقات هادفة مع المقيمين والزوار.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خلق انطباعات أولية ممتازة من خلال استقبال الزوار المحتملين بدفء واحترافية وإجراء جولات تأجير مخصصة تبرز نمط الحياة وقيمة المجتمع.
- الرد على الاستفسارات الهاتفية والبريد الإلكتروني والاستفسارات عبر الإنترنت بشكل فوري وشامل.
- تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عقود إيجار عبر المتابعة المستمرة وبناء العلاقات والفهم العميق لاحتياجات المقيمين.
- إكمال طلبات التأجير والتحقق من البيانات وملفات الانتقال الجديدة بدقة.
- المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الإشغال والتجديد المجتمعي.
- تنسيق وحضور فعاليات المقيمين ومبادرات المشاركة المجتمعية.
- الرد على استفسارات واهتمامات المقيمين بتعاطف وكفاءة.
- المساعدة في الحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة ومرحّبة بالمكتب والمناطق المشتركة.
- دعم تسويق العقار عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتوعية المجتمعية.
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات السوق المحلية وعقارات المنافسين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها (GED).
- يفضّل خبرة سنة واحدة في خدمة العملاء أو المبيعات أو تأجير الشقق، ولكنها غير مطلوبة.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- شهادة تأجير شقق معتمدة (CALP) هي ميزة إضافية.
- مواعيد العمل: مكتب التأجير مفتوح من الإثنين إلى الجمعة (9:00 صباحاً - 6:00 مساءً) ويوم السبت (10:00 صباحاً - 4:00 مساءً)، مع يوم عطلة خلال الأسبوع للحفاظ على 40 ساعة عمل أسبوعياً.
- قد يُطلب التوفر في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع للمشاركة في فعاليات المقيمين أو حسب احتياجات المجتمع.

Leasing Consultant| Education, Experience, and License Qualifications
Education
- High School or GED equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience, sales and/or apartment leasing is preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License
- A Certified Apartment Leasing Professional Accreditation (CALP) is a plus
