تعلن شركة Hawthorne Residential Partners عن توفر وظيفة فني صيانة ثاني (Maintenance Technician II) في السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- بصفتك فني صيانة ثاني، ستتولى معالجة أوامر العمل بشكل مستقل، والمساعدة في أعمال الصيانة الوقائية، ودعم أعمال الصيانة اليومية في المجتمع السكني.
- يتطلب هذا الدور شهادة HVAC ومعرفة عملية بالإصلاحات الروتينية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشخيص وإجراء أعمال الصيانة والإصلاحات بشكل احترافي وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التأكد من إكمال جميع طلبات الخدمة وفقًا لمعايير Hawthorne.
- إصلاح الشقق الفارغة وترميمها لتكون جاهزة للسكن التالي وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
- المساعدة في صيانة وتنظيف المسبح.
- إكمال أعمال الصيانة الوقائية وفقًا للإرشادات المحددة في سياسة الشركة.
- القيام بأعمال الصيانة اليومية للمباني والمرافق المشتركة. المساعدة في الحفاظ على نظافة المنطقة وخلوها من القمامة والحطام ومخلفات الحيوانات الأليفة.
- الحفاظ على مظهر ورشة الصيانة لتسهيل التقييم السريع لمخزون المواد.
- تعزيز العلاقات المهنية الجيدة مع السكان والزملاء وموظفي الشركة من خلال ثقافة LIVE IT، وإظهار موقف ودي ومهذب تجاه العملاء المحتملين والسكان والموردين والموظفين الآخرين.
- المشاركة في مناوبة الطوارئ (on-call) وفقًا للجدول المحدد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

Maintenance Technician II | Education, Experience, and License Qualifications
Education
- High School or GED equivalent
- Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- EPA/ HVAC Certification
- CPO Certification is a plus
Repair & Preventative Maintenance
- Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
- Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in as per company standard.
- Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
- Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
- Perform building and common area upkeep daily. Assist in keeping ground neat and free of litter, debris, and pet waste.
- Maintain shop appearance to facilitate quick assessment of supply inventory.
- Promote good professional relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff. Through the LIVE IT culture, always display a friendly and courteous attitude towards prospects, residents, vendors, and other employees. Always maintain professionalism.
- Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled
- Follow safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and company policy and standards.
- Complete special projects as needed.
