تسعى إدارة الاستراتيجية والمستقبل في جامعة زايد (دبي) إلى تعيين مدير الشراكات لإدارة عمليات تطوير الشراكات وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة، وتحديد فرص التعاون، وتنسيق الاتفاقيات، ودعم تنفيذ استراتيجية الشراكات لتعزيز الأثر المؤسسي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتقييم وتطوير فرص الشراكات التي تدعم الأولويات الاستراتيجية والأهداف المؤسسية للجامعة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات فعالة مع الجهات الحكومية، شركاء القطاع الخاص، المؤسسات الأكاديمية، المنظمات الدولية، وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين الآخرين.
- إدارة دورة حياة تطوير الشراكات، بما في ذلك إشراك أصحاب المصلحة، تطوير المقترحات، دعم التفاوض، تنسيق الاتفاقيات، ومتابعة التنفيذ.
- تنسيق إعداد ومراجعة ومعالجة مذكرات التفاهم واتفاقيات الشراكات والوثائق ذات الصلة بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق، رسم خرائط أصحاب المصلحة، دراسات المقارنة المرجعية، والمسح البيئي لتحديد فرص الشراكات الناشئة وأفضل الممارسات.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية لتحديد احتياجات الشراكات وتسهيل تطوير مبادرات تعاونية متبادلة المنفعة.
- مراقبة أنشطة الشراكات وأدائها مقابل الأهداف ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المحددة، وإعداد تقارير دورية وتوصيات.
- دعم تقييم مخاطر الشراكات ومتطلبات الامتثال والالتزامات الحوكمية، والتوصية بإجراءات التخفيف عند الحاجة.
- تمثيل الجامعة في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات والمنتديات والمعارض وفعاليات التواصل لتعزيز العلاقات الخارجية والترويج للمصالح المؤسسية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الشراكات وقواعد البيانات والوثائق لضمان الدقة وسهولة الوصول والامتثال للمتطلبات المؤسسية.
- دعم أنشطة إشراك أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل لتعزيز التعاون وزيادة قيمة الشراكات.
- أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة التي يكلف بها المشرف المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس مع ما لا يقل عن 8 سنوات خبرة و6 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إداري؛ أو درجة الماجستير مع 6 سنوات خبرة و4 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إداري.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية في مجال ذي صلة.

The Strategy and Future Department is seeking a Partnership Manager who will be responsible for managing partnership development and stakeholder engagement activities, including identifying collaboration opportunities, coordinating partnership agreements, facilitating stakeholder relationships, monitoring partnership performance, and supporting the implementation of the University's partnership strategy to enhance institutional impact and achieve strategic objectives.
The Responsibilities
Operational
- Identify, evaluate, and develop partnership opportunities that support the University's strategic priorities and institutional objectives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with government entities, industry partners, academic institutions, international organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the partnership development lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, proposal development, negotiation support, agreement coordination, and implementation follow-up.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and processing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), partnership agreements, and related documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, stakeholder mapping, benchmarking studies, and environmental scanning to identify emerging partnership opportunities and leading practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify partnership needs and facilitate the development of mutually beneficial collaboration initiatives.
- Monitor partnership activities and performance against established objectives and KPIs, and prepare periodic reports and recommendations.
- Support the assessment of partnership risks, compliance requirements, and governance obligations, and recommend mitigation actions where required.
- Represent the University in meetings, conferences, forums, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen external relationships and promote institutional interests.
- Maintain partnership records, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with institutional requirements.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities to strengthen collaboration and maximize partnership value.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience and at least 6 years in a managerial position; or Master’s with a minimum of 6 years of experience and at least 4 years in a managerial position.
- Certification in a relevant field is preferred.
