شركة علم في الرياض تعلن عن وظيفة مطور تطبيقات جوال (Developer - Mobile Development) للانضمام إلى قسم الخدمات التقنية المشتركة ضمن مجموعة المنتجات الحكومية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يهدف هذا الدور إلى دعم تطوير وتعزيز حلول تطبيقات الجوال ضمن قسم الخدمات التقنية المشتركة من خلال تنفيذ الميزات المعتمدة، وإصلاح المشكلات التقنية، ودعم التكاملات، والمساهمة في تقديم تطبيقات جوال موثوقة. يعمل المطور مع كبار المطورين والفرق التقنية المعنية لترجمة المتطلبات إلى مكونات جوال عاملة باستخدام المنصات المعتمدة، مع الالتزام بمعايير البرمجة ومتطلبات التوثيق وممارسات أمن المعلومات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- فهم متطلبات الجوال: فهم متطلبات الأعمال والتقنية المحددة وتوضيح السلوك المتوقع للتطبيق مع كبار المطورين وأصحاب المصلحة. ترجمة المتطلبات المعتمدة إلى مهام تطويرية وملاحظات تقنية ضمن النطاق المتفق عليه.
- تطوير تطبيقات الجوال: تطوير وتحسين ميزات تطبيقات الجوال المعتمدة باستخدام المنصات مثل Flutter أو iOS الأصلي أو Android الأصلي. تنفيذ مكونات برمجية قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وقابلة للصيانة وآمنة بما يتوافق مع معايير التطوير المعتمدة وتوجيهات الفريق.
- تطبيق واجهة المستخدم ودعم تجربة المستخدم: تنفيذ شاشات الجوال والتدفقات ومكونات الواجهة وفقاً لتصاميم UX/UI المعتمدة ومعايير التطبيق. دعم التحسينات المتعلقة بقابلية الاستخدام والاستجابة والتنقل والاتساق عبر الأجهزة والمنصات المدعومة.
- دعم تكامل API والأنظمة: دمج مكونات الجوال المعتمدة مع APIs وخدمات الخلفية وخدمات الهوية والأنظمة الداخلية ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة. التنسيق مع كبار المطورين وفرق التكامل لحل مشكلات الواجهة وأخطاء تبادل البيانات والتبعيات التقنية.
- إصلاح العيوب والدعم الفني: تحليل العيوب المحددة ومشكلات التطبيق والأعطال أو ملاحظات الأداء ودعم الإصلاحات المطلوبة تحت إشراف كبار المطورين. المشاركة في أنشطة التصحيح وتوفير تحديثات حول تقدم الحل والقيود التقنية والدعم المطلوب.
- جودة الكود والمراجعة التقنية: إعداد كود قابل للقراءة وقابل للصيانة ومتوافق مع معايير التطوير والأمن والأداء المعتمدة. المشاركة في أنشطة مراجعة الأقران ومعالجة تعليقات المراجعة ودعم إعادة الهيكلة أو التحسينات التقنية عند الحاجة.
- دعم الإصدار والنشر: دعم تحضير إصدارات الجوال من خلال إكمال مهام التطوير المحددة والتحقق من الجاهزية وتوفير المدخلات التقنية المطلوبة. المساعدة في إعداد ملاحظات الإصدار وتفاصيل التنفيذ والمشكلات المعروفة والإصلاحات بعد الإصدار بالتنسيق مع الفرق المعنية.
- التوثيق ومشاركة المعرفة: إعداد وصيانة التوثيق الفني وملاحظات التهيئة والمراجع التطويرية وسجلات التنفيذ للعمل المعين. مشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة وممارسات تطوير الجوال مع أعضاء الفريق لدعم استمرارية العمل واتساق التسليم.
- السياسات والإجراءات: اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والتعليمات التنفيذية ذات الصلة بالقسم لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة محكمة ومتسقة. الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة. الامتثال لجميع ممارسات ومعايير أمن المعلومات لضمان سلامة البيانات وسريتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- وجود تدريب أو شهادات ذات صلة في تطوير تطبيقات الجوال، Flutter، iOS، Android، APIs، أو البرمجة الآمنة يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في مجال تطوير تطبيقات الجوال، تطوير البرمجيات، APIs، أو أدوار تقنية مشابهة، مع التعرض لمنصات الجوال وممارسات تسليم التطبيقات.

- Mobile Requirements Understanding
- Understand assigned business and technical requirements and clarify expected mobile application behavior with senior developers and relevant stakeholders.
- Translate approved requirements into clear development tasks, implementation steps, and technical notes within the agreed scope.
- Mobile Application Development
- Develop and enhance assigned mobile application features using approved platforms such as Flutter, native iOS, or native Android.
- Implement reusable, maintainable, and secure code components in alignment with approved development standards and team guidance.
- UI Implementation & User Experience Support
- Implement mobile screens, flows, and interface components in line with approved UX/UI designs and application standards.

- Participate in debugging activities and provide updates on resolution progress, technical constraints, and required support.
- Code Quality & Technical Review
- Prepare code that is readable, maintainable, and aligned with approved development, security, and performance standards.
- Participate in peer review activities, address review comments, and support refactoring or technical improvements when required.
- Release & Deployment Support
- Support mobile release preparation by completing assigned development tasks, verifying readiness, and providing required technical inputs.
- Assist in preparing release notes, implementation details, known issues, and post-release fixes in coordination with relevant teams.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration notes, development references, and implementation records for assigned work.
- Share knowledge, lessons learned, and mobile development practices with team members to support continuity and delivery consistency.

- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant training or certifications in mobile application development, Flutter, iOS, Android, APIs, or secure coding are considered an advantage.
- 0-2 year of relevant experience in mobile application development, software development, APIs, or related technical roles, with exposure to mobile platforms and application delivery practices.
