تسعى شركة Adree إلى توظيف OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead للعمل في مكتبها الرئيسي بالرياض. يتولى المرشح دور السلطة التقنية العليا لتطبيقات OutSystems، ويقود فريق التطوير لضمان تقديم حلول رقمية آمنة وقابلة للتوسع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وإرشاد فريق من مطوري OutSystems، وإجراء مراجعات التعليمات البرمجية، ووضع معايير التطوير وضمان اتباع أفضل الممارسات.
  • تصميم تطبيقات OutSystems قابلة للتوسع وآمنة وقابلة للصيانة (Reactive Web وMobile) بناءً على مبادئ الهندسة المعمارية رباعية الطبقات لمنصة OutSystems.
  • هندسة وتنفيذ عمليات تكامل معقدة مع الأنظمة الخارجية وقواعد البيانات وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (REST/SOAP) والمنصات المؤسسية (مثل Creatio CRM و.NET backends).
  • الإشراف على التسليم التقني للمشاريع، وضمان جودة التعليمات البرمجية وتحسين الأداء، وإدارة خطوط النشر المستمر (CI/CD) ضمن OutSystems Service Studio وLifeTime.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع مدراء المنتجات ومحللي الأعمال ومصممي UI/UX لترجمة المتطلبات إلى مواصفات فنية وتقدير جهود التطوير.
  • حل العوائق التقنية المعقدة واختناقات الأداء والمشكلات الحرجة في بيئات الإنتاج.
  • تطبيق معايير أمان صارمة (التحكم في الوصول، تشفير البيانات، تخفيف OWASP top 10) ضمن بيئة OutSystems.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو نظم المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات، منها 4 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة العملية المخصصة لبناء تطبيقات مؤسسية باستخدام منصة OutSystems.
  • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق تقنية أو العمل كمهندس معماري/قائد تقني في بيئة Agile.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان متعمق لمنصة OutSystems: Service Studio وIntegration Studio وService Center وLifeTime.
  • فهم خبير لأنماط الهندسة المعمارية في OutSystems، وإعادة الهيكلة، ونمذجة قواعد البيانات.
  • إجادة قوية في تصميم قواعد بيانات SQL Server/Oracle، والإجراءات المخزنة، وتحسين الأداء. معرفة جيدة بـ .NET (C#) لإنشاء إضافات مخصصة.
  • فهم متين لمنهجيات Scrum، والعمل بكفاءة مع Jira وConfluence.
  • مهارات استثنائية في تحليل وتشخيص مشاكل البنية التحتية والأداء والتكامل.
  • مهارات قيادية وتوجيهية قوية مع القدرة على شرح المفاهيم التقنية المعقدة لأصحاب المصلحة غير التقنيين.

Adree is seeking a highly technical and collaborative OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead to design, build, and oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions. This role serves as the ultimate technical authority for OutSystems implementations, guiding the development team on best practices, architecture patterns, and integration strategies. The Tech Lead will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that align with architectural standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of OutSystems developers, conducting code reviews, establishing development standards, and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Architecture & Design: Design scalable, secure, and maintainable OutSystems applications (Reactive Web and Mobile) based on OutSystems 4-Layer Architecture principles
  • Integration Management: Architect and implement complex integrations with external systems, databases, APIs (REST/SOAP), and enterprise platforms (e.g., Creatio CRM, .NET backends)
  • Delivery & Code Quality: Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and proper deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within OutSystems Service Studio and Lifetime
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and estimate development efforts
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex technical blockers, performance bottlenecks, and critical production issues across environments
  • Governance & Security: Implement strict security standards (Access Control, Data Encryption, OWASP top 10 mitigation) within the OutSystems ecosystem

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in building enterprise applications using the OutSystems platform
    • Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead/Architect in an Agile environment
  • Skills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)
    • Expert OutSystems Proficiency: Deep knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, and LifeTime
    • Architecture Mastery: Expert understanding of OutSystems architecture patterns, refactoring, and database modeling
    • Technical Ecosystem: Strong proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle database design, stored procedures, and optimization. Good grasp of .NET (C#) for creating custom extensions
    • Agile Core: Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies, working comfortably with Jira and Confluence
    • Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose infrastructure, performance, or integration issues
    • Leadership & Communication: Strong mentorship skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
