تعلن Adree عن حاجتها إلى مهندس DevOps أول (Senior DevOps Engineer) لدعم تطوير المنتجات ومبادرات أتمتة المنصات، وذلك من خلال تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة حلول بنية تحتية آمنة وقابلة للتوسع وموثوقة لتمكين تسليم البرمجيات بشكل مؤتمت وفعّال. سيعمل المرشح على ربط التطوير بالعمليات باستخدام ممارسات CI/CD والبنية التحتية كرمز والأتمتة، مع ضمان النشر السلس وموثوقية النظام وعمليات التسليم الموحدة القابلة للتدقيق. موقع العمل: الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لجمع متطلبات المنصة وفهم أهداف التحول الرقمي والأتمتة.
  • تقديم عروض ووثائق توضح قدرات CI/CD، بما في ذلك إدارة مجمعات العوامل (Agent pools)، وإعداد البيئات، وتصميم خطوط الأنابيب المؤسسية (Enterprise pipelines).
  • دعم فرق المنتج والهندسة من خلال إنشاء قوالب خطوط أنابيب قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام ومكتبات مشتركة آمنة على Azure DevOps Server.
  • تقديم خبرات DevOps عبر دورة حياة المنتج لتنفيذ استراتيجيات التفرع المعقدة (Branching strategies)، وتحسين أداء بيئات البناء، وصيانة أنظمة التشغيل Linux الخاصة بالعوامل.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (الأمن وضمان الجودة) لإدارة المكتبات الخارجية، ودمج أدوات الأمان من OpenText (Fortify SCA)، وتضمين أطر الاختبار الآلي.
  • مواكبة الاتجاهات الحديثة في الحاويات (Containerization)، وسير العمل الآلي، وآليات تسليم البنية التحتية لتقديم حلول ملائمة.
  • إجراء ورش عمل داخلية ومع العملاء لتمكين التسليم عبر GitOps ونشر أعباء العمل باستخدام Argo CD على منصات OpenShift/Kubernetes.
  • المشاركة في عمليات التطوير agile والإصدارات من خلال دمج نقاط المراقبة (Monitoring hooks) وقيادة أنماط النشر الإنتاجي، بما في ذلك AppDynamics / BMC / Azure Monitoring.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 6 إلى 10+ سنوات في DevOps أو هندسة موثوقية المواقع (SRE) أو أتمتة البناء والإصدارات في بيئات مؤسسية.
  • خبرة عملية موثقة في النشر الإنتاجي (مثل توسيع نطاق البيئات الحية وليس فقط بيئات الاختبار والتجربة).
  • يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة في القطاع الحكومي أو البيئات شديدة التنظيم أو المؤسسات المعقدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عميقة في هندسة خطوط أنابيب CI/CD وأنماط خطوط الأنابيب الآمنة، وتكوين مجمعات العوامل، واستراتيجيات التفرع المتقدمة.
  • خبرة عملية قوية في الحاويات والتنسيق: Docker، Kubernetes، Red Hat OpenShift.
  • مهارات أتمتة البنية التحتية العملية: البنية التحتية كرمز باستخدام Terraform، وإدارة التكوين باستخدام Ansible، وإدارة أنظمة Linux والنصوص البرمجية.

  • القدرة التحليلية لتنفيذ خطوط أنابيب تطبيق آمنة تشمل: Fortify SCA، وHashiCorp Vault، وإعدادات التحقق من MFA مثل Sigstore/SecurEnvoy.
  • مهارات شخصية قوية: تواصل ممتاز، وعقلية تدريبية، والتعاون بين الفرق (المطورين والأمن وضمان الجودة)، ودرجة عالية من المسؤولية والملكية.

Adree is seeking a Devops Engineer, Senior to support product development and platform automation initiatives by leveraging technical and analytical expertise to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions that enable efficient and automated software delivery. The role focuses on bridging development and operations through CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation practices to ensure seamless deployment, system reliability, and standardized delivery processes with full visibility and auditability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather platform requirements and understand digital transformation and automation goals
  • Deliver presentations and documentation that demonstrate CI/CD capabilities, including:
    • Agent pool management
    • Environment provisioning
    • Enterprise pipeline design
  • Support product and engineering teams by creating reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server
  • Provide DevOps expertise across the product lifecycle to:
    • Enforce complex branching strategies
    • Optimize build runner performance
    • Maintain Linux-based runner systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security and QA) to:
    • Manage 3rd-party libraries
    • Integrate OpenText security tooling (Fortify SCA)
    • Embed automated testing automation frameworks
  • Stay current with industry trends in containerization, automation workflows, and infrastructure delivery mechanisms to position solutions effectively
  • Conduct internal and client workshops to enable GitOps delivery and workload promotion using Argo CD to OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms
  • Participate in Agile development and release processes by integrating monitoring hooks and driving production deployment patterns, including:
    • AppDynamics / BMC / Azure Monitoring

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field

Experience

  • 6-10+ years of professional experience in:
    • DevOps
    • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
    • Build & Release automation in enterprise environments
  • Proven, hands-on production delivery exposure (e.g., scaling live environments, not only sandbox/testing environments)
  • Experience in government, heavily regulated, or complex enterprise sectors is highly preferred
