تسعى شركة Adree إلى توظيف مهندس برمجيات أول (Software Technical Senior Engineer) في الرياض، السعودية، للعمل مع فريق هندسي متميز وتقديم القيادة التقنية في تطوير حلول برمجية قابلة للتوسع وموثوقة وعالية الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التنفيذ التقني لمبادرات تطوير البرمجيات وضمان توافقها مع المتطلبات التجارية والفنية.
  • ترجمة المتطلبات التجارية إلى حلول تقنية قابلة للتوسع وفعالة.
  • تصميم والمساهمة في بنية النظام، بما في ذلك الخدمات المصغرة (Microservices) والأنظمة الموزعة وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs).
  • اتخاذ القرارات التقنية المتعلقة بتصميم التطبيقات وتطويرها وأدائها وقابليتها للتوسع.
  • تطوير وصيانة برمجيات عالية الجودة جاهزة للإنتاج مع الاستمرار في العمل البرمجي العملي.
  • إجراء مراجعات الكود وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الهندسة وأفضل ممارسات البرمجة وإرشادات الجودة.
  • التعاون مع مدراء المنتجات والمصممين وأصحاب المصلحة لتحديد الحلول التقنية وطرق التسليم.
  • توجيه المهندسين المبتدئين والمتوسطين ودعم نموهم الفني والمهني.
  • تقديم المشورة التقنية لفريق الهندسة ودعم حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات بفعالية.
  • دعم تخطيط الخارطة التقنية والتقدير وتحديد الأولويات وتخطيط التسليم.
  • الترويج لاستخدام وفعالية خطوط أنابيب CI/CD وDocker وKubernetes والمنصات السحابية.
  • تحديد ومعالجة المخاوف المتعلقة بأداء النظام وقابلية التوسع والموثوقية والأمان.
  • المشاركة في إدارة الحوادث واستكشاف الأخطاء والمناوبات عند الطلب.
  • تعزيز ممارسات Agile/Scrum والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر لفريق الهندسة.
  • دعم حل النزاعات وتسهيل المناقشات التقنية الفعالة داخل الفريق.
  • الموازنة بين مسؤوليات التطوير العملي والقيادة الفرقية والتنسيق التقني.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات الاحترافي.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في دور قيادي تقني أو مهندس أول أو قائد فريق.
  • سجل حافل في تقديم أنظمة إنتاجية على نطاق واسع.
  • خبرة في توجيه أو إدارة فريق مهندسين (عادة من 3 إلى 8 أشخاص).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة عملية معادلة).
  • خبرة في تخطيط الخارطة التقنية والتقدير.
  • سجل في اتخاذ القرارات المعمارية والاستراتيجية التقنية.
  • خبرة في إدارة الحوادث والمناوبات.
  • المساهمات في المصادر المفتوحة أو الكتابة التقنية/المدونات (ميزة إضافية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • كفاءة عالية في لغة برمجة رئيسية واحدة على الأقل (مثل Java، Python، Go، JavaScript/TypeScript، C#).
  • فهم عميق لتصميم وهندسة النظم (الخدمات المصغرة، الأنظمة الموزعة، واجهات APIs).
  • خبرة مع المنصات السحابية (AWS، Azure، أو GCP).
  • إلمام قوي بقواعد البيانات (SQL وNoSQL) والتخزين المؤقت ونمذجة البيانات.
  • خبرة في خطوط أنابيب CI/CD، والحاوية (Docker)، والتنسيق (Kubernetes).
  • الإلمام بالبنية التحتية كرمز (Terraform، CloudFormation) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • فهم قوي لأفضل ممارسات الأمان وتحسين الأداء.

ADREE is seeking a Software Technical, Senior Engineer with a strong software development background to provide technical leadership, drive engineering best practices, and support the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions. The role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, mentoring, architecture, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical execution of software development initiatives and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
  • Design and contribute to system architecture, including microservices, distributed systems, and APIs.
  • Make technical decisions related to application design, development, performance, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, production-ready software while remaining hands-on with coding.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards, coding best practices, and quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions and delivery approaches.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their technical and professional growth.
  • Provide technical guidance to the engineering team and support effective problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
  • At least 2-3 years in a technical leadership, senior engineer, or team lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering production systems at scale.
  • Experience mentoring or managing a team of engineers (typically 3-8 people).

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in at least one primary language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#).
  • Deep understanding of system design and architecture (microservices, distributed systems, APIs).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Solid grasp of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and data modeling.
  • CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control workflows (Git) and code review processes.
