القدية تبحث عن Associate Director - Asset Finance Business Partner للعمل في الرياض، ليكون الشريك المالي الاستراتيجي للأصول ووحدات الأعمال.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- العمل كشريك مالي استراتيجي للأصول/وحدات الأعمال المُعيَّنة، وتقديم الرؤى المالية وتحليل الأداء وإعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات ودعم الاستثمار لتحقيق الأداء وخلق القيمة.
- يقوم هذا الدور على هيكل شركاء الأعمال الماليين داخل المؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الشراكة مع قادة الأصول والأعمال في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية والمالية.
- قيادة أنشطة إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات والتخطيط المالي.
- مراقبة أداء الأصول وتحديد المخاطر والفرص واقتراح التحسينات.
- مراجعة دراسات الجدوى ومقترحات الاستثمار وطلبات الإنفاق الرأسمالي.
- تقديم التحليل المالي والتقارير ورؤى الأداء للإدارة.
- ضمان الامتثال للسياسات المالية والضوابط ومتطلبات الحوكمة.
- دعم المبادرات المشتركة بين الإدارات ومشاريع التحسين المستمر.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الشراكة الاستراتيجية مع الأعمال (Strategic Business Partnering)
- التخطيط والتحليل المالي (Financial Planning & Analysis)
- الفطنة التجارية (Commercial Acumen)
- النمذجة المالية (Financial Modelling)
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة (Stakeholder Management)

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادة المهنية (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, CFA) مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في شراكة الأعمال المالية أو FP&A أو إدارة الأصول أو وظيفة مالية ذات صلة.
- مهارات قوية في النمذجة المالية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتحليل.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with asset and business leaders on strategic and financial decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements
- Review business cases, investment proposals, and capital expenditure requests
- Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and performance insights to management
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance requirements
- Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects
