تعلن شركة القدية (Qiddiya Investment Company) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى مساعد مدير - الاستعداد التشغيلي (Associate Director - Operational Readiness) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى دعم مبادرات الاستعداد التشغيلي لمشاريع ترفيهية وثقافية عالمية المستوى، وضمان انطلاق المشاريع بسلاسة وفق رؤية القدية ومعاييرها العالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الاستعداد التشغيلي لضمان نجاح افتتاح المشاريع
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المشاريع والعمليات والتدريب لدمج متطلبات ومعالم الاستعداد التشغيلي
- المساعدة في إجراء تقييمات للجاهزية، وتحديد الفجوات والمخاطر ومجالات التحسين، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية
- المساهمة في تنسيق وإدارة برامج تدريبية للكوادر التشغيلية لضمان الجاهزية المثلى
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) المتعلقة بالاستعداد التشغيلي وتقديم تحديثات دورية للإدارة العليا
- تسهيل التواصل والمواءمة بين الجهات المعنية لتعزيز نهج موحد للاستعداد التشغيلي
- المساهمة في تطوير أفضل الممارسات والأدوات والعمليات لتعزيز كفاءة وفعالية جهود الاستعداد
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، إدارة العمليات، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في مجال الاستعداد التشغيلي، أو إدارة المشاريع، أو العمليات ضمن بيئة الترفيه أو الضيافة أو المشاريع الكبيرة
- قدرة مثبتة على تنسيق فرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة جداول زمنية معقدة للمشاريع
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع عقلية حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين للتعاون بفعالية مع مجموعة من الأطراف المعنية
- خبرة في تنظيم البرامج التدريبية وأنشطة الاستعداد التشغيلي (يفضل أن تكون ملمًا بها)
- إلمام بأدوات ومنهجيات إدارة المشاريع
- فهم السوق الإقليمي والسياق الثقافي يعد ميزة إضافية

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Director - Operational Readiness to support the delivery of operational readiness initiatives for world-class entertainment and cultural projects. In this role, you will play an essential part in coordinating cross-functional readiness activities, monitoring operational preparedness, and helping ensure smooth project launches that align with Qiddiya's vision and high standards.

- Support the development and execution of operational readiness plans to guarantee successful project openings
- Collaborate closely with project, operations, and training teams to integrate operational requirements and readiness milestones
- Assist in conducting readiness assessments, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions
- Help coordinate and manage training programs for operational staff to ensure optimal preparedness
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders to promote a unified approach to operational readiness
- Contribute to developing best practices, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of readiness efforts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations within entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale project environments
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in organizing training programs and operational readiness activities is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Understanding of the regional market and cultural context is an advantage
