تعلن شركة FieldCore، إحدى شركات GE Vernova، عن توفر وظيفة مدير المناقصات (Tendering Manager) في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون مسؤولاً عن تقدير التكاليف والتخطيط لترقيات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، مع ضمان التميز في مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مثل SQDC والإنتاجية ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات والتجارة لتقديم خطط ترقية مخصصة وتقديرات التكلفة للمساهمة في خطط التشغيل.
- تطوير تقديرات تكلفة المشاريع الخدمية الميدانية باستخدام المعايير، مع ضمان تخطيط الجدول الزمني والتكلفة وتأثير فترة الصيانة.
- إعداد عروض فترة الصيانة وضمان التنافسية من حيث النطاق والموارد والتوقيت والتكلفة، ومتابعة الفرصة عبر دورة حياة المشروع.
- دعم تخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع من الفرصة حتى الإغلاق عبر مراجعة متطلبات المشروع وتطوير التقديرات ورصد فروق التكلفة.
- تسهيل تدفق التواصل بين فرق إدارة الأحداث والمشتريات والهندسة وغيرها لتحقيق التميز في التنفيذ.
- مراقبة تكاليف المشروع وإجراء تحليل مقارن للبيع مقابل التنفيذ بدعم من فريق تحسين الإنتاجية.
- زيارة مواقع التنفيذ لجمع الدروس المستفادة للمشاريع المستقبلية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات ما قبل وبعد فترة الصيانة مع العملاء لتعزيز كفاءة المشروع.
- مراجعة التقارير الفنية المولدة في الموقع وتحديث الوثائق وحالة المشروع والتكاليف.
- التعاون مع الفرق الإقليمية لتحسين العمليات وتقديم مدخلات لعمليات التخطيط والمراجعة الرئيسية.
- أداء مهام أخرى حسب التكليف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات مع نجاح مثبت ومعرفة في المجال.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة توربينات الغاز والمولدات من GE.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل مع العملاء والتواصل بشكل عام.
- خبرة في الخدمات الميدانية لتوربينات الغاز أو أنظمة التحكم.
- عقلية تجارية مع قدرة على تحديد الفرص وكسب دعم أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرات تنظيمية عالية، قيادة مثبتة، واتخاذ قرارات فعّالة.
- عقلية قوية تجاه العملاء والعمل الجماعي لتقديم عروض تنافسية.
- معرفة تقنية وفهم متين للمنتج وصيانته.
- مهارات ممتازة في التخطيط وإدارة المشاريع، ومبادرة في إدارة المخاطر والامتثال.

Job Summary
Tendering Manager is responsible for the costing & planning of upgrades across the Middle East, ensuring excellence across several key metrics, including SQDC, productivity, & customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Works closely with PES and GEV Commercial & Sales teams to provide tailored upgrade plans and cost estimates for upgrade opportunities to contribute to the OFS & GE Vernova operating plans
- Develop field service project cost estimates using standards. Ensure all aspects of the job related to field service are planned accordingly, including schedule, cost, man loading, core outage/critical path impact, and job set-up
- Prepare outage offer, ensuring competitiveness in relation to scope, resourcing, timing and cost. Follow opportunity through project lifecycle
- Support the planning and execution of projects from opportunity through closeout by reviewing updated project requirements, developing and updating cost estimates, escalating cost variances, and tracking performance relative to SQDC and KPI targets.
- Support communication flow between event management, ITO, parts, repairs, sourcing, engineering, & PES to facilitate execution excellence across the life cycle of the project.
- Own the monitoring of project costs of the project with the support of the value stream, productivity & project controls team. Perform As-sold vs. As-executed analysis for all projects
- Go to Gemba during the execution of the project to gather lessons learned for future projects
- Support, as required, end customer pre- and post-outage meetings to maximize project efficiency and effectiveness
- Review technical reports generated on site, update documentation, project status, and cost as required
- Partner with Regional & PES Operations teams to ensure feedback loop to drive continuous improvement and provide inputs to key planning and review processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
- 10+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- 5+ years of GE Gas Turbine and Generator Field Services maintenance.
- English proficiency required.
- Excellent customer facing and communication skills
- Gas Turbine or Controls Field Service experience
- Commercial mindset with demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and winning stakeholder support for implementation
- Possess high level organizational ability, proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Strong Customer and One Team mindsets to deliver a competitive outage offer for GE Vernova every time
- Technical knowledge and understanding relevant to the product and its maintenance
- Excellent planning and project management skills. Proactive in risk management & compliance matters
- Ability to track and analyze cost and schedule variance. Develop & support plans to mitigate impact to current and future projects
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills
- Travel required to support site survey needs & execution lessons learned
