تعلن شركة FieldCore (التابعة لـ GE Vernova) عن توفر وظيفة 'مستشار تقني ميداني أول - كهرباء' في السعودية. سيقوم شاغل الوظيفة بإدارة وتنسيق أنشطة الموقع لصيانة وتركيب معدات توليد الطاقة، والعمل ضمن فرق ميدانية وفق معايير السلامة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بعد إكمال كفاءات المستوى الرابع، يساهم المرشح في إدارة أنشطة الموقع بما في ذلك تخطيط وتنظيم ودمج ومراقبة الموارد (القوى العاملة والأدوات والمساعدين الفنيين) لإنجاز نطاق العمل وفق المتطلبات التعاقدية. يعمل ضمن معايير محددة لاتخاذ القرارات وتطبيق المفاهيم على مسائل معقدة وحل المشكلات عبر إجراءات فورية أو تخطيط قصير المدى في مرافق توليد الطاقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وأداء وتنسيق أنشطة الموقع.
- القيام بالتركيب الميداني للأنظمة والمعدات والصيانة الوقائية المستمرة والإصلاح والمعايرة بعد التركيب.
- الاستجابة لطلبات الإصلاح الطارئ للخدمة والمعدات المتعطلة.
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني والمساعدة لممثلي العملاء حول التركيب والتشغيل والمعايرة والإصلاح والصيانة في مواقع العملاء.
- أداء المهام الإدارية مثل كتابة التقارير الفنية، وطلب المواد، والحصول على عروض الأسعار، وإعداد تقارير حالة العمل وتقارير العملاء، وسجلات الوقت والمصروفات بشكل كامل وفي الوقت المحدد.
- التوقيع على جميع التغييرات.
- دفع رضا العملاء من خلال الالتزام بالجودة.
- الحفاظ على عقلية سلامة قوية لضمان أن العمل المنفذ يعكس المتطلبات الفنية ضمن معايير السلامة لشركة GE.
- المعرفة اللازمة لاستكشاف الأخطاء وإجراء الصيانة الروتينية لمجموعة واسعة من المعدات مهما كان عمرها.
- تدريب وتوجيه وإرشاد أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لنقل خبرات الهندسة الميدانية والمنتج.
- إعداد تقارير فنية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لسجلات العملاء وكمرجع لأعمال الصيانة المستقبلية.
- ضمان شحن جميع قطع الغيار اللازمة للوظيفة إلى الموقع.
- القيام بجولات تفتيشية أثناء التركيب للتأكد من عمل مقاولي العميل.
- تنفيذ الترقيات لما بعد البيع التي يجب إجراؤها في الموقع.
- القدرة والاستعداد للعمل في أيام العطل وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع وساعات إضافية حسب متطلبات المهام الميدانية.
- السفر المكثف من وإلى المشاريع والمهام الميدانية المختلفة.
- أداء مهام أخرى قد تُسند لدعم رؤية FieldCore وقيمها الأساسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة تقنية/جامعية أو خبرة مؤهلة، أو شهادة ثانوية عامة / GED مع خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في دور الخدمات الميدانية.
- خبرة 8 سنوات أو أكثر في الخدمات الميدانية أو صيانة معدات توليد الطاقة.
- إتمام برامج التدريب المطلوبة للمستوى الرابع بنجاح كحد أدنى.
- كفاءة تقنية قوية في قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية/الميكانيكية للتدفق والأجهزة، ومحاذاة الليزر والحرارة للنمو، والمعدات.
- السفر المكثف من وإلى المشاريع والمهام الميدانية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبير - القدرة على العمل كممثل أول لـ FieldCore في أي عطل للوحدة المؤهل لها. يعمل كمدير مشروع ومرشد في المشاريع المعقدة. يظهر مهارات القيادة والتوجيه للفريق.
- خبرة وتدريب على معدات Alstom أو Siemens أو OEM أخرى.
- خبرة واسعة في خدمات الهندسة الميدانية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة مشاريع قوية.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage, perform, coordinate the management of site activities
- Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation
- Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment
- Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer's sites
- Perform administrative functions such as: writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, reports to customers, time sheet and expense sheets on a complete timely, and thorough basis
- Signs off on all changes

- Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within GE safety standards
- Knowledge to troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for wide range of equipment vintage
- Coach, mentor, and train other team members as required, to impart and perpetuate field engineering and/or product
- Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages
- Ensure all parts needed for the job are shipped to the site
- Perform walk-downs during installation to ensure that the customer’s contractors are working
- Perform aftermarket upgrades that need to be performed at the site
- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
- Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required
- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s
RequiredQualifications&Experience
- Technical/University degree or qualifying experience OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Field Services role
- 8+ years of experience in a field services or power generation equipment maintenance position
- Successful completion of required level IV training programs is a minimum requirement
- Strong technical competence in reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical flow and instrument diagrams dial and laser alignment and thermal growth equipment
- Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required
- English proficiency required
- Expert Able to act as a senior FieldCore rep on any outage for the unit qualified. Acts as project manager and mentor on complex projects. Demonstrates mentor and team lead skills.
- Experience and training on Alstom, Siemens, or other OEM equipment
- Extensive Field Engineering Services experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong oral and written interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to sell GE products to the customer
