Perini Management Services, Inc. هي شركة إنشاءات متكاملة تقدم خدمات التصميم والبناء (Design-Build) والتصميم والمناقصة والبناء (Design-Bid-Build) والتصميم التقدمي (Progressive Design Build) للعملاء الفيدراليين حول العالم. تبحث الشركة عن مشرف مشروع للإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال في موقع المشروع بتبوك.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جدولة وتنسيق والإشراف على أعمال الإنشاءات، بما في ذلك الإشراف على أنشطة المقاولين من الباطن والموظفين.
- تخطيط أنشطة المقاولين من الباطن أو العمالة وتحديد طريقة البناء ومستويات العمالة وكميات المواد والمعدات ومصادر الطاقة المؤقتة وجدول العمل وتوثيق ساعات العمل الفعلية.
- تنسيق العمل المسند مع أعمال المهن المختلفة أو أقسام الشركة أو المقاولين الآخرين.
- الحفاظ على التواصل مع أقسام الهندسة والتقدير والتخطيط لضمان امتثال العمل للرسومات والمواصفات والجدول الزمني.
- تحديد المشكلات الإنشائية مثل نقص الإنتاجية وتعارضات العمل والتناقضات في الرسومات والظروف الموقعية والمساعدة في حلها.
- مساعدة إدارة المشروع في تطوير جدول تنفيذ المشروع، والخدمات اللوجستية للموقع، وإجراءات المشروع، والمعايير، إلخ.
- مراقبة تقدم الجدول الزمني يومياً وأسبوعياً وشهرياً.
- إعداد جداول زمنية للتخطيط المسبق لمدة أسبوعين ومراجعتها مع فريق الإنشاءات أسبوعياً.
- مراقبة امتثال العمالة لمتطلبات برنامج السلامة ومراقبة الجودة في المشروع؛ توثيق وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراجعة جميع وثائق السلامة للتأكد من اكتمال السجلات والتقارير ودقتها وتقديمها وفق الإجراءات المحددة.
- إجراء تفتيشات يومية لمناطق العمل/المهن وتصحيح الظروف والسلوكيات غير الآمنة فور اكتشافها.
- تسهيل اجتماعات التوعية الأسبوعية (toolbox talks) وتقديم تحديثات السلامة للعملاء أثناء اجتماعات متابعة التقدم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن عشر سنوات في منصب مشرف مشروع (بما في ذلك الجدولة والطلب والإشراف الميداني ومراقبة الجودة والسلامة وإنتاج جميع مراحل الإنشاءات) في مشاريع متوسطة الحجم، مع خبرة لا تقل عن أربع سنوات (أو ما يعادلها) في العمل الميداني أو المهني في صناعة الإنشاءات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في إدارة متطلبات السلامة في الإنشاءات.
- إتمام متطلبات تدريب OSHA 30 مع تدريب سنوي موثق في السلامة.
- المعرفة والمهارات والخبرة في أساليب وتقنيات ومعايير الإنشاءات الأمريكية.

As the Project Superintendent at Perini Management Services, reporting to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

- Schedule, coordinate and supervise the construction work, including supervision and of craft subcontractor/ employee activities.
- Plan and supervise Subcontractor and/or craft activities by determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documenting actual hours worked.
- Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
- Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Identify and assist in resolving construction problems such as lack of productivity, work interfaces, conflicts in drawings & site conditions, etc.
- Assist Project Management with the development of the Project Execution Schedule, site logistics, project procedures, standards, etc.
- Monitor Schedule Progress Daily, Weekly, Monthly
- Develop two-week look ahead schedules and review with construction team weekly.
- Monitor craft compliance with project Safety and Quality Control program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Review all safety documentation to ensure records and reports are complete, accurate and submitted per established procedures.
- Perform daily inspections of trades/work areas and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors as they are discovered.
- Facilitates weekly toolbox talk meetings and presents safety updates to clients during progress meetings.
- Ten or more years in work experience in a Superintendent position (e.g., scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, safety, and production of all phases in construction) on medium-sized projects is required with four or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience in the construction industry.
- Five years of experience managing construction safety requirements.
- Have completed the OSHA 30 training requirements, with documented safety training annually.
- Knowledge, skills and experience with U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
- Experience with Federal Government Clients is required.
- Experience on U.S. Army Corps of Engineer projects is preferred.
- Resume shall indicate all areas of expertise (e.g. civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, materials, finishes, etc.)
- Relocation to the project site at Tabuk, Saudi Arabia is required.
