HLGulf is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join our team and take technical ownership of a key software application.

We are seeking someone with 10+ years of professional software development experience who can combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership, architecture, and team management capabilities.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of the application and oversee its development lifecycle

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate team you work with

• Define and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture

• Make key technical decisions and establish development best practices

• Review code and ensure high standards for quality, performance, and security

• Manage releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability

s• Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholder
