شركة Lucid Motors Middle East تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير الصيانة - مجموعة الدفع (Maintenance Manager, Powertrain) في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية بمكة المكرمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- قيادة عمليات الصيانة والموثوقية على مدار الساعة وطوال أيام الأسبوع عبر ورش وحدات الدفع وحزم البطاريات عالية الجهد في منشأة AMP-2، وبناء الهيكل التنظيمي، ونظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS)، ونظام الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية (PM/PdM)، وإستراتيجية الصيانة الذاتية (AM)، وإستراتيجية قطع الغيار، ونموذج المناوبات، وتطوير الكوادر التقنية السعودية بدءًا من مرحلة التشغيل الأولي وصولًا إلى الإنتاج الحجمي.
- الرسالة: تقديم عمليات دفع آمنة وقادرة وجاهزة للإطلاق ومستدامة مع قدرة تقنية محلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- نظام تشغيل الصيانة: المسؤولية عن الاستجابة الآمنة على مدار الساعة، وتغطية المناوبات، والتصعيد، وروتين المستويات، وتسليم الصيانة.
- تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء: زمن التشغيل (Uptime)، متوسط الوقت بين الأعطال (MTBF)، متوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR)، الامتثال للصيانة الوقائية، الامتثال للجدول، التراكم، وأداء التكلفة.
- إنشاء حوكمة موحدة للأعطال، والأعمال الطارئة، والقضاء على العيوب، وإجراءات العودة إلى الخدمة.
- تنفيذ إستراتيجية الصيانة الذاتية (AM).
- الموثوقية والصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (TPM): تطبيق تصنيف الأصول الحيوية، وتحليل أنماط الأعطال وتأثيراتها (RCM)، وتحسين الصيانة الوقائية، والصيانة القائمة على الحالة/التشخيص التنبؤي (CBM/PdM)، والقضاء على الخسائر المزمنة بالتعاون مع قسم هندسة الموثوقية.
- المسؤولية عن جودة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (RCA) والتحقق من الإجراءات التصحيحية للأعطال عالية التأثير والمتكررة.
- الشراكة مع قسم الإنتاج في مستويات الصيانة الذاتية 1-3، والتنظيف والتفتيش والتزييت (CIL)، وخطوط المركز، والعناية المشغّلة بالمعدات.
- نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS) والتخطيط وقطع الغيار: الإشراف على حوكمة CMMS، وقائمة الأصول/هيكل المعدات/قوائم المهام، وانضباط التخطيط، والاستعداد للإغلاقات المخططة.
- إستراتيجية قطع الغيار الحيوية، والقطع القابلة للإصلاح، والتقادم، والمهل الزمنية للموردين، وصحة المخزون.
- الأفراد والميزانية والإطلاق: بناء وتطوير المشرفين والمهندسين والمخططين وقادة الفرق والفنيين؛ تحديد هيكل الكفاءات والاعتمادات.
- إدارة النفقات التشغيلية (Opex)، والنفقات الرأسمالية لقطع الغيار، وعقود الخدمات، وأداء الموردين.
- المسؤولية عن جاهزية الصيانة لاختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT) وفي الموقع (SAT)، والإطلاق الآمن، والتشغيل بالمعدل، والتحقق من السعة، والإصدارات المستقبلية.
- التوقعات المؤسسية والإطلاق والقوى العاملة: السلامة (صفر تجاوز لأنظمة القفل/الوسم، والحراس، والمفاتيح المتداخلة، والتحكم بالجهد العالي أو تعليمات العمل المعتمدة)، والجودة (حماية مطابقة المنتج، وإمكانية التتبع، وانضباط الأدوات المعايرة؛ احتواء الحالات الشاذة والحفاظ على الأدلة الموضوعية)، والتسليم (دعم التدفق المستقر، وتحقيق زمن الدورة/السرعة، والتصعيد المنظم السريع للمعوقات)، والتكلفة (تقليل الخردة، وإعادة العمل، والتوقفات، والطاقة، وخسائر المواد الاستهلاكية من خلال إجراءات تصحيحية مبنية على البيانات)، والأفراد (بناء القدرات الوطنية السعودية من خلال التدريب والتوجيه ونقل المعرفة)، والتحسين المستمر (المشاركة في اجتماعات المستويات، 5S، كايزن، QRQC، والإجراءات التصحيحية ذات الحلقة المغلقة)، والإطلاق (التفاعل مع الإنتاج، والجودة، والصيانة، والأتمتة/الروبوتات، وهندسة التصنيع، والسلامة والبيئة، وسلسلة التوريد، وتقنية المعلومات/التقنية التشغيلية، والموارد البشرية/التطوير، ومورّدي المعدات حسب الاقتضاء).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهلات الدنيا: بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الميكاترونكس.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الصيانة الصناعية/الموثوقية، منها 4 سنوات على الأقل في قيادة وظائف الصيانة.
- خبرة في الأتمتة العالية في قطاع السيارات/المركبات الكهربائية وفي المشاريع الخضراء (Greenfield launch).
- سجل قوي في استخدام نظام CMMS ومنهجية TPM.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة في تطوير الكوادر التقنية المحلية ضمن بيئة عمل متعددة الثقافات.
- القدرة على العمل حول المعدات الآلية، وعند التصريح، مع منتجات مجموعة الدفع عالية الجهد.
- المؤهلات المفضلة: ماجستير في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الميكاترونكس.
- إجادة اللغة العربية أيضاً.
- شهادات CMRP، TPM، الصيانة الذاتية، Lean/Six Sigma.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قيادة الصيانة والموثوقية: RCM، تحسين الصيانة الوقائية، CBM/PdM، RCA، الصيانة الذاتية، إلخ.
- معدات الإنتاج عالية الأتمتة وحوكمة نظام CMMS.
- تصميم الهيكل التنظيمي، تنفيذ المناوبات، وتطوير المواهب التقنية.
- إدارة الميزانية والعقود والموردين.
- التواصل التنفيذي والقيادة في الأزمات.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance operating system
- Own safe 24/7 response, shift coverage, escalation, tier routines and maintenance handover.
- Deliver uptime, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, schedule compliance, backlog and cost performance.
- Establish standard breakdown, emergency-work, defect-elimination and return-to-service governance.
- Deliver AM strategy
- Deploy asset criticality, RCM, PM optimization, CBM/PdM and chronic-loss elimination with Reliability Engineering.
- Own RCA quality and countermeasure verification for high-impact and repeat failures.
- Partner with Production on AM Levels 1-3, CIL, centerlines and operator equipment care.
- Own CMMS governance, asset/BOM/task-list, planning discipline and shutdown readiness.
- Own critical-spares, repairables, obsolescence, vendor lead time and inventory-health strategy.
- Build and develop supervisors, engineers, planners, team leads and technicians; define competency/certification architecture.
- Own Opex, spare Capex, service contracts and supplier performance.
- Own maintenance readiness for FAT/SAT, safe launch, run-at-rate, capacity verification and future variants.
- Safety: zero bypass of LOTO, guarding, interlocks, HV controls or approved work instructions.
- Quality: protect product conformity, traceability and calibrated-tool discipline; contain abnormalities and preserve objective evidence.
- Delivery: support stable flow, takt/cycle achievement and rapid, structured escalation of constraints.
- Cost: reduce scrap, rework, downtime, energy and consumable losses through data-based countermeasures.
- People: build Saudi national capability through coaching, cross-training and knowledge transfer.
- Continuous improvement: participate in tier meetings, 5S, Kaizen, QRQC and closed-loop corrective action.
- Launch: Interfaces with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Automation/Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, Supply Chain, IT/OT, HR/L&D and equipment suppliers as applicable.
- Maintenance/reliability leadership: RCM, PM optimization, CBM/PdM, RCA, AM, etc
- High-automation production equipment and CMMS governance
- Organization design, shift execution and technical talent development
- Budget, contracts and supplier management
- Executive communication and crisis leadership
- Bachelor’s in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering
- 10+ years in industrial maintenance/reliability with 4+ years leading functions
- High-automation automotive/EV and greenfield-launch experience
- Strong CMMS/TPM record
- English fluency
- Experience developing local technical talent in a multicultural workforce
- Must be able to work around automated equipment and, where authorized, high-voltage Powertrain products.
- Master’s in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering
- Fluency also in Arabic
- CMRP, TPM, Autonomous Maintenance and Lean/Six Sigma credentials
