يسر شركة Wood، الشركة العالمية الرائدة في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، أن تعلن عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمسمى TPE V / خبير ضغط الغاز (Gas Compression SME) في المملكة العربية السعودية. يعمل المرشح كسلطة فنية عبر مجموعة مشاريع الشركة في الطاقة والنفط والغاز والتعدين والصناعات والبنية التحتية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
توفير السلطة الفنية لأنظمة معالجة الغاز وضغط الغاز بما في ذلك الضواغط والتوربينات الغازية ومحطات الضغط وتقنيات معالجة الكبريت وتكامل الحزم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كسلطة فنية عبر مشاريع متعددة.
- قيادة المراجعات الفنية خلال مراحل Concept وFEED وDetailed Design.
- إجراء ضمان التصميم المستقل ومراجعات الأقران.
- حل التحديات الهندسية المعقدة وتقديم إرشادات متخصصة.
- دعم العروض وورش العمل مع العملاء وتطوير الأعمال.
- توجيه المهندسين الشباب وتطوير القدرات الفنية.
- تطوير وصيانة المعايير الهندسية وأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التخصص الهندسي ذي الصلة (الهندسة الكيميائية / العمليات).
- يفضل أن يكون مهندسًا معتمدًا (Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في مشاريع النفط والغاز والطاقة ومعالجة الغاز والبتروكيماويات أو المشاريع الصناعية.
- خبرة مثبتة كسلطة فنية أو كبير مهندسين أو مستشار رئيسي أو زميل هندسي أو ما يعادله.
- خبرة فنية في معالجة الغاز وضغط الغاز، وFEED/EPC، وإدارة الموردين.
- معرفة بمعايير API وIEC ومعايير أرامكو السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبير صناعي معترف به مع سجل حافل في حل التحديات الهندسية المعقدة.
- القدرة على التأثير على العملاء وتوجيه الفرق الهندسية.
- دفع التميز التقني عبر مشاريع دولية كبرى.
- مهارات قيادية وإرشادية لتطوير المهندسين.
- إجادة التواصل والعمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.

We are seeking an TPE V / Gas Compression SME to serve as the Technical Authority across our portfolio of energy, oil & gas, mining, industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
The role purpose is to provide technical authority for Gas Processing and Gas Compression systems including compressors, gas turbines, compressor stations, Sulphur Treatment Technologies and package integration.

What We're Looking For
- A recognized industry expert with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges, influencing clients, mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence across major international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Technical Authority across multiple projects.
- Lead technical reviews during Concept, FEED and Detailed Design.
- Perform independent design assurance and peer reviews.
- Resolve complex engineering challenges and provide specialist guidance.
- Support proposals, client workshops and business development.
- Mentor young engineers and develop technical capability.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering (Chemical / Process) discipline.
- Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status is preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Gas Processing, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.
- Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow or equivalent.
- Gas Processing and Gas compression, FEED/EPC, vendor management.
- API, IEC, Saudi Aramco standards.
