تعلن جميرا، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة والتابعة لمجموعة دبي القابضة، عن فرصة وظيفية لمدير مالي (Finance Manager) للانضمام إلى فندق جميرا جبل عمر في مكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقع فندق جميرا جبل عمر مكة على بعد دقائق من المسجد الحرام، ويوفر مزيجاً سلساً من الراحة والاتصال والضيافة العربية في قلب المدينة المقدسة. يمتد الفندق على أربعة أبراج، ويضم مجموعة من خيارات الطعام ومنافذ البيع بالتجزئة وصالة ألعاب رياضية وصالة تنفيذية ومساحات للاجتماعات. تتوفر فرصة لمدير مالي للانضمام إلى فندق جميرا جبل عمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية الكاملة عن جميع جوانب الإدارة المالية للمنشأة، بما في ذلك إدارة السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية، واتباع ممارسات وإجراءات المشتريات، وإعداد وتفسير البيانات المالية والتقارير الإدارية، والرقابة على الميزانية، وجميع الأمور القانونية/التعاقدية لضمان الامتثال لمعايير جميرا.
- قيادة عملية إعداد الميزانية السنوية والتوقعات المالية لضمان تحقيق جميع الأقسام للأهداف المعتمدة.
- قيادة فريق المالية لتحسين الأداء وتطوير المواهب لإنشاء تخطيط تعاقب قوي داخل وحدة الأعمال وخارجها لصالح جميرا.
- تقديم توقعات دقيقة للأعمال لتحديد التوزيع المناسب للموارد وتعظيم أداء الأعمال.
- تقديم تقارير أداء الأعمال ذات القيمة المضافة لإعطاء العمليات الأدوات اللازمة لتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- قيادة دعم وتنسيق جميع زيارات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وضمان علاقة جيدة مع الأعضاء الرئيسيين في هذه الفرق والمتابعة الاستباقية للقضايا التي أثيرت في التدقيق.
- الحفاظ على علاقة عمل قوية مع مالك الشقة/ممثل المالك لمواءمة أهداف العمل وتسهيل الموافقات على الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل CPA / ACCA).
- ما لا يقل عن 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في المالية أو المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الضيافة.
- معرفة قوية بإعداد التقارير المالية، وإعداد الميزانيات، والتوقعات، ومراقبة التكاليف.
- خبرة في إدارة عمليات التدقيق والامتثال والمتطلبات القانونية.

About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for Finance Manager - Finance to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the property, which includes administering accounting policies & procedures, following procurement practices and procedures, preparing and interpreting financial statements and management reports, budgetary control and all legal/contractual matters to ensure compliance with Jumeirah standards.
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process to ensure all departments are delivering according to the approved targets.
- Lead the Finance team to drive improved performance and develop talent to create solid succession planning within the SBU and beyond for Jumeirah.
- To provide accurate forecasting of the business to determine correct allocation of resources and maximize business performance.
- To provide value-added business performance reporting to give the operations the tools to identify areas for improvement.
- To lead the support and coordination of all internal and external audit visits and ensure a good relationship with the key members of these teams and proactive follow up of audit issues raised.
- To maintain a strong business relationship with the apartment owner/owner’s representative to align business objectives and facilitate approvals on relevant activities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA / ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience in managing audits, compliance, and statutory requirements.
