Chennai Darbar Restaurant - Jeddah

Chennai Darbar is looking for a talented and creative Junior Creative & Content Executive to join our team in Jeddah.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys design, photography, video, food, branding and social media.

We are open to fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience. What matters most to us is your portfolio, creativity, visual taste and willingness to learn.

1. Business & Corporate Profiles

• Design professional company profiles and presentations
• Create catering brochures, business proposals and capability documents
• Develop visual presentations for corporate clients and events

2. Social Media

• Create Instagram posts, stories and promotional creatives
• Develop campaign visuals and promotional content
• Assist with monthly social media content planning
• Maintain consistent Chennai Darbar branding across all platforms

3. Photography

• Photograph food, drinks, restaurant interiors and events
• Photograph catering setups and large-scale functions
• Create professional product and menu photography
• Maintain an organized library of photographs and visual assets

4. Advertising

• Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook and other digital advertising
• Develop promotional campaigns and offer creatives
• Produce different creative formats for testing and advertising

5. Menu Design & Menu Engineering

• Design and update restaurant menus
• Design catering menus and promotional menus
• Work with management to improve menu presentation
• Assist with menu engineering based on sales, pricing, margins and customer behaviour

6. Social Media Messages

• Monitor social media DMs and enquiries
• Respond to basic customer questions professionally
• Identify catering and business enquiries and forward qualified leads to management
• Maintain fast and professional communication with customers

7. Restaurant Photography & B-roll

• Regularly shoot behind-the-scenes content inside the restaurant
• Capture food preparation, cooking, plating and service
• Capture staff, restaurant atmosphere and customer experience
• Shoot B-roll footage that can be used for Reels, advertisements and promotional videos

8. Reels & Short-form Video

• Shoot and edit short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms
• Create food-focused and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit footage into engaging short-form videos

• Strong graphic design skills
• Good understanding of typography, layout and composition
• Photography skills
• Basic to good video shooting and editing skills
• Understanding of Instagram and social media content
• Good visual taste and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and come up with creative ideas
• Interest in food, restaurants and hospitality is a strong advantage

Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Premiere Pro / CapCut
• Lightroom
• Canva
• Other photography, video or design tools

A portfolio is more important than your CV.
