Job Title: Estimation & Technical Office Engineer

Specialization: Waterproofing & Epoxy Flooring

We are looking for a qualified Estimation & Technical Office Engineer with experience in waterproofing and epoxy flooring works to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for waterproofing, epoxy flooring, and related construction works.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial quotations based on project requirements

• Develop competitive and accurate pricing for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor works.

• Obtain and evaluate material and subcontractor quotations and coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

• Monitor and update current market prices for materials and services.

• Prepare technical submittals, material submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation when required.

• Review project requirements and propose suitable technical systems and materials.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Procurement, and Project/Operations teams to ensure accurate technical and commercial proposals.

• Ensure all quotations are technically compliant, commercially accurate, and submitted within the required deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree related engineering discipline.

• Experience in estimation and technical office works, preferably in waterproofing, epoxy flooring, protective coatings, or related construction activities.

• Good knowledge of construction materials, systems, and application methods.

• Strong skills in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and pricing.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimation software is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.
