عبد اللطيف جميل تعلن عن وظيفة مدير عام خدمات تقنية المعلومات العامة (General IT Services GM) في جدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وتقديم التوصيات في المجالات التي تتطلب مستوى عالٍ من الكفاءة التقنية.
- أداء مهام برمجة وتطوير متنوعة مثل تصميم وتوثيق وترميز منطق البرامج ووثائق تدفق النظام.
- تقديم التدريب الفني والإرشاد وإعداد إجراءات التشغيل القياسية للعملاء والمستخدمين النهائيين.
- تقديم الدعم للتطبيقات الحالية وتحسينها، وتحديد متطلبات النظام وأولوياته والبدائل الممكنة.
- المشاركة في تطوير العمليات التجارية الرئيسية ونماذج البيانات وتصميم النظام والمتطلبات التقنية والتخطيط للتعافي من الكوارث.
- إعداد ومراجعة خطة المشروع التفصيلية وتحليل الأثر ومراقبة تقدم المشروع وضمان التنفيذ الناجح.
- ضمان أن البرامج المطورة ذات جودة عالية وأداء عالٍ ومتوافقة مع المعايير المعمارية.
- تحديد وتوثيق جميع متطلبات العمل والفنية والعملياتية بالتنسيق مع العملاء لترتيب الأولويات وتحديد معايير القبول.
- استقبال اتصالات من مستخدمي العملاء المتعلقة بالمشكلات في التطبيقات المدعومة والعمل على توضيح القضايا وإيجاد الحلول.
- توجيه الوحدات المطورة حديثاً ومراقبة الأنشطة عن كثب وإجراء تحليل البيانات.
- تحليل متطلبات العمل ودراسة تأثير التحسينات وتطوير الوحدات المطلوبة.
- ضمان وعي مستخدمي التطبيقات بأي تحسينات جديدة في وظائف التطبيقات.
- ترتيب اختبار شامل للوحدات الجديدة والحصول على قبول المستخدمين.
- نشر الوحدات في بيئة الإنتاج عبر إجراءات إدارة التغيير.
- تقديم الدعم عبر الإنترنت والمراقبة أثناء نهاية الشهر في جميع المراكز.
- استكشاف وحل أي مشكلات تتعلق بمستخدمي التطبيقات يومياً وضمان التوفر العالي في الاستجابة للقضايا الحرجة ضمن مستوى الخدمة المتفق عليه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في تقنية الحاسب.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 25 عاماً في تطوير وصيانة التطبيقات على أنظمة AS400 ولغات RPG400/ILERPG مع تطوير وحدات لعمليات سلسلة التوريد وتطبيقات مناولة المواد والتحكم في عمليات المستودعات.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Major Activities
1. Responsible for analysis and make necessary recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency.
2. Performs a variety of complex programming & development tasks, such as designing, documenting, and coding program logic, system flow document etc…
3. Provides technical training, guidance, and prepare SOPs for business clients and end users.
4. Provides application support and enhancements to existing applications. Defines system requirements, priorities, and viable alternatives.
5. Participate in developing key business processes and activities of relevant users, data models, system design, cross functional and technical requirements, disaster recovery planning, and interim business processes and data conversion requirements.
6. Prepare and review detailed project plan, impact analysis, monitor project progress and ensure successful execution.
7. Ensure the application software developed is of high quality and high performance in compliance and architecture.
8. Identifying and documenting all business, technical and process requirements working with the business clients to prioritize and rationalize the requirements thereby helping to define acceptance criteria for completion of the solution.
9. Receive calls from users from Whole Seller-Clients related to any problems in the supporting applications and work on clarifying the raised issues and find solutions
10. Performs a variety of complex programming & development tasks, such as designing, documenting, and coding program logic.
11. Provides application support and enhancements to existing applications for all and Wholesale dealers.
12. Piloting the newly developed modules and close monitoring the activities and carry out data analysis.
13. Analyze the business requirement, study impact of enhancement and develop the required modules
14. Ensure full awareness of the application users on new enhancement in the applications functions
15. Arrange for full testing of the new modules, and take users acceptance
16. Deploy the same in production environment through change management procedure
17. Monitor and online support during the month end in all centres
18. Day to day trouble shoot any issues related to application users and resolve then and their high availability in responding to business-critical issues within the SLA.

Minimum Experience
Twenty-five years of experience on application development and maintenance on AS400 Systems, RPG400/ ILERPG programming, Developed different modules for supply chain operations, material handling applications and Warehouse operation control
