Bright House RealEstate تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف صيانة (Maintenance Supervisor) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقعها في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف اليومي على عمليات الصيانة للممتلكات السكنية والتجارية، وضمان عمل جميع أنظمة المباني والمرافق بأمان وكفاءة.
- تخطيط وتوزيع مهام الصيانة، والإشراف على الفنيين والمقاولين، وتفتيش الممتلكات، والتنسيق لأنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
- مراقبة جودة العمل، وإدارة طلبات الصيانة من السكان، وحفظ سجلات الإصلاحات والمستلزمات، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة واللوائح المحلية.
- التعاون مع إدارة الممتلكات لدعم رضا المستأجرين، والتحكم في تكاليف الصيانة، والاستجابة الفورية للقضايا العاجلة أو حالات الطوارئ.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على فرق الصيانة وتنسيق عمليات المرافق في الموقع للممتلكات السكنية أو التجارية.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة المباني (الكهرباء، السباكة، التكييف)، والإصلاحات العامة، وممارسات الصيانة الوقائية.
- القدرة على تخطيط وترتيب أولويات وجدولة مهام الصيانة، وإدارة أوامر العمل، والإشراف على المقاولين والموردين.
- إتقان توثيق الصيانة الأساسي وإعداد التقارير، واستخدام برامج الصيانة أو إدارة الممتلكات يُعد ميزة إضافية.
- فهم متين لمعايير السلامة في مكان العمل، وإجراءات الطوارئ، وقوانين ولوائح البناء المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية فعّالة للتفاعل مع المستأجرين والزملاء ومقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين بشكل احترافي.
- عقلية حل المشكلات، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات سليمة تحت ضغط الوقت أو في المواقف العاجلة.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال العقارات أو إدارة المرافق أو الإشراف على صيانة المباني في جدة أو بيئات مماثلة مفضلة.
- دبلوم تقني أو شهادة ذات صلة في الصيانة أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة؛ المؤهل العالي يُعد ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل في الموقع، بما في ذلك أمسيات أو عطلات نهاية الأسبوع عند الحاجة بسبب طوارئ الصيانة.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site مشرف صيانه (Maintenance Supervisor) role based in Jeddah with Bright House RealEstate. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations for residential and commercial properties, ensuring all building systems and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include planning and assigning maintenance tasks, supervising technicians and contractors, inspecting properties, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The role also involves monitoring work quality, managing maintenance requests from occupants, maintaining records of repairs and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations. The Maintenance Supervisor will collaborate with property management to support tenant satisfaction, control maintenance costs, and respond promptly to urgent issues or emergencies.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating on-site facility operations for residential or commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), general repairs, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance tasks, manage work orders, and oversee contractors and vendors.
- Proficiency in basic maintenance documentation, reporting, and using maintenance or property management software is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of workplace safety standards, emergency procedures, and local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, colleagues, and external service providers professionally.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to make sound decisions under time pressure or in urgent situations.
- Previous experience in real estate, facilities management, or building maintenance supervision in Jeddah or similar environments is preferred.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in maintenance, engineering, or a related field; higher education is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site full time, including occasional evenings or weekends as required by maintenance emergencies.
