شركة AKKON LINES، وهي شركة شحن تركية خاصة تعمل في مجال النقل البحري والخدمات اللوجستية، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مدير مالي (Finance Manager) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقعها بجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يُفضل المرشحون السعوديون.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التخطيط المالي وإعداد الميزانيات وإعداد التقارير لعمليات الشركة في السعودية.
- إدارة الأنشطة المحاسبية اليومية ومراقبة التدفق النقدي وضبط التكاليف لدعم أداء الأعمال والامتثال للسياسات الداخلية واللوائح الحكومية.
- إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية والإشراف على عمليات إقفال نهاية الشهر والسنة المالية.
- التنسيق مع المقر الرئيسي ومراجعي الحسابات وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- تطوير التوقعات المالية ودعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارة المحلية والمركزية لضمان دقة البيانات المالية وتحسين العمليات ومواءمة الأهداف المؤسسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط المالي وإعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤات، مع خبرة سابقة في إدارة التدفق النقدي وضبط التكاليف.
- إتقان مبادئ المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية وعمليات الإقفال الشهرية والسنوية.
- خبرة في استخدام البرامج المالية وأنظمة ERP (SAP B1) ومهارات متقدمة في MS Excel للتحليل والنمذجة.
- معرفة بممارسات الامتثال والتدقيق واللوائح المالية المحلية؛ يُفضل وجود خلفية في مجال الشحن.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية وتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة مع القدرة على العمل عبر الوظائف في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت مثبتة مع الاهتمام بالدقة والتفاصيل.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الشهادات المهنية (مثل CPA، CMA) ميزة.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة مالية أو محاسبة عليا في صناعة النقل البحري (إلزامية).
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية؛ معرفة اللغة التركية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

The position involves developing financial forecasts, supporting strategic decision-making, collaborates closely with local and HQ Management to ensure accurate financial data, process improvements, and alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with prior experience in managing cash flow and cost control.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Experience using financial software and ERP systems, with solid MS Excel skills for analysis and modeling, SAP B1.
- Knowledge of compliance, audit practices, and relevant financial local regulations, preferance will be given with shipping background.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a finance management or senior accounting role, in the maritime industry is a must.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of Turkish is an asset.
