تعلن شركة Wood، الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، عن توفر وظيفة قائد السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة (HSE Lead) في قطاع التعدين. سيكون الموقع في البداية مكتبياً في الخبر أو الرياض أو الجبيل، ثم ينتقل الشاغر إلى موقع ميداني في السعودية بنظام دوام 8/2.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم المشورة الاستراتيجية والتوجيه للمديرين في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالسلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة (HSE).
  • تفعيل الأهداف والمبادرات السنوية للسلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة على مستوى المجموعة وتطوير أهداف الشركة في هذا المجال.
  • دعم مديري وحدات الأعمال/العقود/المشاريع ومستشاري HSE في تطوير وتفعيل أهداف ومبادرات المجموعة.
  • دعم كبار المديرين في تحقيقات الحوادث باستخدام عمليات تحقيق مناسبة (مثل Helix أو Taproot).
  • مراقبة أفضل الممارسات وتطوير مبادرات HSE رائدة تتناسب مع طبيعة الأعمال المدعومة.
  • إتمام زيارات الدعم الإداري للمنشآت ومواقع العمل.
  • دعم كبار المديرين ومستشاري HSE في الإبلاغ في الوقت المناسب عن مؤشرات HSE الرائدة والمتأخرة.
  • إجراء مراجعات للمؤشرات المتأخرة لاتجاهات الحوادث وتقديم المشورة في الوقت المناسب للإدارة العليا حول الإجراءات والمبادرات.
  • تقديم الإرشاد والتدريب للخريجين والموظفين الجدد في فريق HSE حسب الحاجة.
  • تقديم الدعم عبر وحدات الأعمال عند الحاجة.
  • إجراء توجيهات HSE للموظفين الجدد.
  • تطوير مواد عرضية للسلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة لدعم التوجيهات ومبادرات المجموعة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور تقني أو مرتبط بمجال السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة في صناعة أخرى.
  • الإلمام باللوائح الصناعية.
  • مهارات جيدة في التخطيط والتنظيم.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office.
  • مستوى عالٍ من مهارات التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.

Job Description

Wood is currently seeking an HSE Lead to support our Projects business. The position may initially be office-based in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Jubail, prior to mobilising to a site-based assignment in Saudi Arabia on an 8/2 rotation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to their Managers on all HSE related matters
  • Rolling-out of Group HSE annual objectives and initiatives and development of company HSE objectives
  • Providing support to Business Unit/Contract/Project Managers and HSE Advisors in the development and roll-out of Group HSE objectives and other initiatives
  • Providing support to senior Managers in incident and accident investigations through the use of an appropriate Investigation process (e.g. Helix or Taproot)
  • Monitoring ‘best-practice’ and developing ‘leading-edge’ HSE initiatives as appropriate to the business they are supporting
  • Completion of Management Support Visits to installations and work-sites
  • Providing support to senior Managers and HSE Advisors in the timely reporting of both leading and lagging HSE Indicators
  • Undertaking lagging indicator reviews of incident/accident trends and providing timely advice to senior Managers and Corporate Management on actions and initiatives
  • Providing mentorship and training for graduate/new recruits into the HSE team as appropriate
  • Providing cross-Business Unit support as required
  • Carrying-out HSE Inductions for New-starts
  • Developing HSE presentational material to support inductions and Group initiatives

Qualifications

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • 5 years in a technical role, or association with HSE role in another industry
  • Familiarisation with industry regulations
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Effective/competent MS Office Suite User
  • High level of communication skills in both written and spoken format
