وظيفة مسؤول سلامة بحرية لدى شركة الزامل للخدمات البحرية في الشرقية

تعلن شركة Zamil Offshore Services Company عن توفر وظيفة ضابط سلامة بحرية (Offshore Safety Officer) في المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة وضمان الامتثال لسياسات السلامة الخاصة بـ Saudi Aramco والمشروع والشركة والمعايير المعتمدة للسلامة البحرية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة في مواقع العمل البحرية وتحديد وتقييم ومراقبة المخاطر.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات PTW و JSA/JHA و LOTO والأماكن المحصورة والعمل على الارتفاع والرفع و SIMOPS.
- إجراء محاضرات السلامة (Toolbox Talks) واجتماعات السلامة وإحاطات HSE اليومية.
- مراقبة الامتثال لمعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) وممارسات العمل الآمن والتأهب للطوارئ.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة والظروف غير الآمنة والتحقيق فيها ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات HSE اليومية وتقارير التفتيش والملاحظات والإحصائيات.
- ممارسة سلطة إيقاف العمل عند تحديد ظروف أو أنشطة غير آمنة.
- التنسيق مع المشرف البحري وفريق HSE للمشروع وممثلي Saudi Aramco.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- ضابط سلامة معتمد/مقبول من Saudi Aramco - ويفضل أن يكون لديه اعتماد ساري/حالي لنطاق المشروع ذي الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال HSE / السلامة، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع النفط والغاز/الإنشاءات البحرية أو العمليات البحرية. تنص إرشادات سلامة الإنشاءات في Saudi Aramco على خمس سنوات على الأقل لضباط السلامة الميدانيين.
- خبرة بحرية مثبتة في مشاريع الإنشاءات أو الصيانة أو الربط أو الأعمال البحرية أو النفط والغاز.
- شهادة NEBOSH IGC أو مؤهل HSE معترف به دوليًا مماثل؛ شهادات OSHA / IOSH أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية. تعترف إرشادات Saudi Aramco بالتدريب الرسمي في السلامة مثل NEBOSH و OSHA و NSC.
- معرفة جيدة بمتطلبات HSE الخاصة بـ Saudi Aramco وقواعد إنقاذ الأرواح و PTW وممارسات العمل الآمن.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا.
- شهادة طبية بحرية سارية/شهادة لياقة بدنية وتدريب مناسب للسلامة البحرية، حسب الاقتضاء.
- خبرة في التحقيق في الحوادث وتقييم المخاطر والاستجابة للطوارئ وتفتيش HSE.
- القدرة على العمل في البحر بنظام المناوبات وتحت ساعات عمل ممتدة.

Job Description:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, project, company HSE policies and applicable offshore safety standards.
- Conduct regular offshore worksite inspections and identify, assess and control hazards.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, JSA/JHA, LOTO, confined space, working at height, lifting and SIMOPS requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings and daily HSE briefings.
- Monitor PPE compliance, safe work practices and emergency preparedness.
- Report and investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain daily HSE records, inspection reports, observations and statistics.
- Exercise stop-work authority where unsafe conditions or activities are identified.
- Coordinate with the Offshore Supervisor, Project HSE team and Saudi Aramco representatives.
Qualifications:
- Saudi Aramco-approved/accepted Safety Officer - preferably with valid/current approval for the relevant project scope.
- Minimum 5 years relevant HSE/Safety experience, preferably in oil & gas/offshore construction or marine operations. Saudi Aramco's construction safety guidance specifies at least five years for field safety officers.
- Proven offshore experience in construction, maintenance, hook-up, marine or oil & gas projects.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent internationally recognized HSE qualification; OSHA/IOSH or equivalent certifications are advantageous. Saudi Aramco guidance recognizes formal safety training such as NEBOSH, OSHA and NSC.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE requirements, Life Saving Rules, PTW and safe work practices.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Valid offshore medical/fitness certificate and relevant offshore safety training, as applicable.
- Experience with incident investigation, risk assessment, emergency response and HSE inspections.
- Ability to work offshore on a rotational basis and under extended working hours.
